Just to be clear, when Epstein and many of his clients, including Dump, are said to have raped underage girls, specifically it's statutory rape in most cases. 18 years is the age of consent, so anything under is considered rape by law. So it wasn't necessarily forcible rape.

Many girls as young as 13 were manipulated, cajoled, whatever to seduce various clients of Epstein . So even if the young girls initiated, if the men participated they are still guilty of rape.
