I spent a lot of titillating hours watching Gabriela Sabatini play tennis back in the day, ladies and gentlemen, and if he had his little mushroom anywhere near any of her orifices, I will eat my shoes.

The still image near the top of the thread of the two together is from an MSNBC video they’re laughing, chortling, acting like buddies, arms around each other etc.
In any event, I posted that video some time back and I used Tracey Ullman’s hit “They Don’t Know” as the soundtrack. The lyrics fit that video of the two together to a tee:
You've been around for such a long time now Oh Maybe I could leave you but I don't know how And why should I be lonely ev'ry night When I can be with you Oh yes You make it right And I don't listen to the guys who say that you're bad for me And I should turn you away 'Cause they don't know about us And they've never heard of love I get a feeling when I look at you wherever you go now I want to be there too They say we're crazy but I just don't care And if they keep on talking Still they get nowhere So I don't mind if they don't understand When I look at you and you hold my hand 'Cause they don't know about us And they've never heard of love Why should it matter to us if they don't approve? We should just take our chances while we've got nothing to lose Baby There's no need for living in the past Now I've found good loving gonna make it last I tell the others Don't bother me 'Cause when they look at you They don't see what I see No I don't listen to their wasted lines Got my eyes wide open and I see the signs 'Cause they don't know about us And they've never heard of love No I don't listen to their wasted lines Got my eyes wide open and I see the signs 'Cause they don't know about us and they've never heard of love
Of course, these days, everybody knows.

"I'm getting ready to enjoy myself. This client list has no effect on me whatsoever - I have a life. You got people crying on camera, talking about resignations, just angry about everything."
[quote]Smith continued, "I didn't blame Trump one bit for looking at them and saying, 'Really? That really matters to you?' Maybe he had a different reason for saying it. In the grand scheme of things, it ain't going to affect the lives of over 200-to-300 million Americans."

You'd think the kids, at least, would ensure her grave was neat and tidy and send flowers. You gotta wonder if something isn't buried in there with her or if they secretly hated her.
Wow, that interaction R9 linked to is very strange. Trump is not amused but the other two are yukking it up.

Atlas Intel, the only poll to which I now pay attention, has Trump at his lowest disapproval, 55%, in his second term, but that's only one point higher than its poll from last month. And his 44% approval, also down one from last month, is still pretty good for Trump.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | July 20, 2025 3:08 PM |
I'm sure Ivana wouldn't have wanted to be buried on one of Trump's golf courses. The thought of it is insulting. I imagine that her grown kids would have had the authority to make the decision. Maybe they wanted it to be somewhere they could visit in privacy. Maybe they thought they were giving her the Princess Diana treatment by burying her on private family property, away from other dead people. Maybe they were too cheap to buy a plot in a regular cemetery for rich people.
It would have made more sense to bury her at Mara Lago. Or even better, cremate her and bury or scatter her remains in her Eastern European homeland.

The way those kids roasted their mom at her funeral service and went months without speaking to her shows they don't give a fuck about her and never did. My neighbors have landscapers and they're always walking into my yard and spraying weeds on the perimeter of it.

I'm not saying he isn't either of those things, but he deliberately underplayed Covid so his Polling numbers would stay up, and Stephen Miller deliberately held back resources from blue states so their citizens would get sick and die.

Ivana Trump gave explicit details about how Donald assaulted her—taken from 1990 divorce sworn testimony.
"Ivana is crying and screaming. Entire bed is covered with strands of her golden locks. But Donald isn't finished. He rips off clothes and unzips his pants. Then he jams his penis inside her for the first time in more than sixteen months."
"Ivana is terrified. This is not lovemaking. This is not romantic sex. It is a violent assault. She later describes what Donald is doing to her in no uncertain terms. According to the version she repeats to some of her closest confidantes, 'He raped me.'"
"When Donald finally pulls out, Ivana jumps up from the bed. Then she runs upstairs to her mother's room. She locks the door and stays there crying for the rest of the night."
"The next morning Ivana musters up the courage to return to the master bedroom. Donald is there waiting for her. He leaves no doubt that he knows exactly what he did to her the night before."
"As she looks at him in horror at her ripped-out hair scattered all over the bed, he glares at her and asks with a menacing casualness, 'Does it hurt?'"
Postscript: Ivana Trump later reached a settlement with Donald in 1993—she agreed to release a statement saying she did not want her words interpreted in a "criminal sense" and that she wanted "this matter to be put to rest."

My top 3 scandals for the OT in order; (and I believe all!)
1) Raping the 13-yr old girl along w/Epstein 2) Participating in a fake assassination attempt in Butler, PA 3) Somehow being complicit in Ivana's "accident". (my suspicion on this is that she was killed someplace else and her body was placed. I also consider the OT might not have ordered it, that possibly someone else had her killed as a warning to OT.
And I'm not even mentioning all the Treason he's committed.

This was worth the time. Michael Wolff spills what he knows about Epstein and Trump to Michael Cohen. Wolff doesn't believe any wild conspiracies that Epstein was a spy. He says Epstein was a social climber and influence peddler and was truly friends with Trump and vice versa. Cohen says he doesn't believe Trump is a child rapist on Epstein's turf, and that Trump doesn't have a real player's game with women, and isn't interested in sex for sex. Just power dynamics. Wolff seems to be too pollyanna about Epstein and of course Wolff was in thick with Epstein for some time. There are insights into Steve Bannon as well.

Ok, well, it’s getting quieter. Lawrence O’Donnell noted on his show last night thst Trump has really tried to “flood the zone” with posts and comments about anything else, but — in a rare moment of disciplined avoidance — has said zero on Epstein. Whether that’s out of fear or out of determination or a mix of the two, who knows.
I wouldn’t assume that a quieter week so far means it’s done. It will definitely make news again if WSJ/News Corp fights back 100% and Trump’s lawsuit goes to trial. But it’s true that things have simmered down for now.

Oh, FFS, R111 -- did you even read that article?
I thought the stuff they said happened to them was over the top for sure, but then I saw this: They made us drink period blood.
OK. I guesstimate I had a monthly period for 30-35 years. I know that was awhile ago, but you either wore a pad or a tampon, both of which are made to [italic]absorb[/italic] period blood. I suppose it's possible to use either of those products like one would a tea bag, in a cup of hot water, but by then it wouldn't be period blood anymore, no more than drinking tea would be the same as eating the tea leaves inside of the tea bag.
I've heard there's a cup you can put in there that's something like a diaphragm, but I can't imagine how one would collect enough blood from enough menstruating women for small children to be able to "drink" it. It's not like the blood that comes out of a vein -- well, I'll spare you boys the exact description -- but it would be like trying to drink phlegm, another kind of thick-ish bodily fluid.
So where this story is coming from, I have no idea. It sounds more like The Exorcist than real life.
But I'll stay tuned if you want to keep posting, R111.

Interesting idea senior lesbian R136. Both men seem to have/had stunted emotional development as well. Clearly not capable of a fully developed 1:1 adult romantic relationship. His wives each tolerated his many defects and his toxic narcissism (and outright abuse in Ivana’s case) for the $$ and social prestige. Rape and exploitation are attractive to this kind of man and extreme wealth makes more things possible in just about any direction. He was never going to have a marriage like the Bushes or the Obamas or the Bidens. Melania is cold as ice and their marriage seems more like a not-consummated divorce at this point. But the defective-penis hypothesis as well is a funny one to consider.

R111 The testimonies these women gave are identical to the ones given during the satanic panic of the 90s from all those women who were hypnotized into "remembering" satanic ritual abuse as children, down to the animal sacrifices and forced drinking of blood and other bodily fluids.
Really it just turned out that they were put under hypnosis and led to believe these things under the power of suggestion from therapists looking to make a name for themselves. Not a single report of ritualized satanic abuse of children has ever been substantiated.

by Anonymous | reply 151 | July 23, 2025 12:21 AM |
Wow. Trump 2.0 is really flailing. All of their Epstein offerings to MAGA are suspect:
1. The grand jury testimony. It won't have anything in it regarding Trump, because they were submitting their basic evidence against Ghislaine and Jeffrey to allow charges to be filed. It wasn't even their strongest evidence. In any event, the court already has a ton of questions for them about releasing the testimony so it won't be released any time soon.
2. The Ghislaine interview. Todd Blanche was Trump's defense attorney, and he is friends with Ghislaine's attorney. Do you really think they will allow her to say anything harmful to Trump? No way. So again, it's just a distraction that won't lead to anything significant. She is a pedophile who wants a pardon. Why the hell are we supporting taxpayer money to talk to her? She's biased and a pedophile.
by Anonymous | reply 153 | July 23, 2025 12:53 AM |
R152 - I think that many people have copies of materials from DOJ about Epstein. For example, the spreadsheet that contains all the Trump references in the files. Also think that Elon Musk has access to material and there may also be government people currently leaking docs that don't like the current leadership at FBI or DOJ - the Pam, Kash and Dan Bongina trifecta of incompetence.

Has anything been revealed in the past few months that those of us on DL didn't know about years ago???
How many of us here knew about (and believed!) the woman who claimed she was raped by Dump at age 13? The video of her testimony has been posted numerous times.
Or Dump deliberately walking into the dressing rooms of teen girls when he owned the Miss Teen USA pageant...and when one complained to Ivanka about it, her only response was "Yeah, he does that."
So again I ask, have we learned anything new??

R156 Sexual assault is old hat for him, obviously, and it's also terrifically difficult to prosecute and convict, especially when the defendant in question is someone like Trump. But if there's something in those files that provides credible evidence he partook in human trafficking (particularly in violation of the Mann Act, which prohibits sex trafficking involving interstate or foreign travel and criminalizes transporting individuals across state lines or coercing them to travel for prostitution), then that's federal and a whole other ballgame.

by Anonymous | reply 181 | July 23, 2025 12:54 PM |
True, Sylvia R179 but that's been kind of true about news in general every summer. Each election season in August there's this sense of "well, summer, whatever, but the voters are really going to start focusing on the election after Labor Day."
So the question becomes, will Epstein/Trump loom back up into the news cycle, zombie style, when September comes in just six weeks? Who knows, but the probability seems not so low to me. Things are happening... DOJ/Ghislaine; a few more accusers speaking out; more Trump/Epstein photos found; Pam Bondi might release a heavily sanitized "something" to try to put this into the past. But will leakers retaliate by releasing the unredacted?
I don't feel at all sure either way, re: this story taking Trump down or this story dying permanently starting now, over the summer. It's been unpredictable so far.

JUST IN: Epstein’s own brother just blew up the White House’s cover story.
Mark Epstein tells CNN that Trump was absolutely at Jeffrey Epstein’s office, “numerous times.”
“That’s just another blatant lie,” he says, “because he was there. People that worked for Jeffrey in his office, they could testify that they saw Trump there.”
This directly contradicts claims from Trump and the current administration.
And it gets worse…
📁 One of Epstein’s earliest accusers, Maria Farmer, says she told the FBI twice to investigate Trump — after a disturbing 1995 encounter in Epstein’s office.
She says Epstein called her in late at night. She showed up in running shorts. Trump walked in wearing a suit and started hovering over her. “Trump stared at her bare legs,” she said. She was scared.
Epstein walked in and said, “No, no. She’s not here for you.”
Then he and Trump left. She overheard Trump say he thought she was sixteen.

It wasn’t just Bondi who told Trump he was (repeatedly) mentioned in the files. She was accompanied at that meeting by Deputy AG Todd Blanche. Together they suggested that there was “nothing to see here” and suggested to Trump that the files not be released.
This is the same Todd Blanche who’s now rushing to meet with convicted Maxwell to see what she “knows” and what she might be willing to say - - - (in return for a Get Out Of Jail card, perhaps?)).

After seeing 20 or 30 posts on the Epstein-Israel-Mossad tangent, I wanted to understand it better. What exactly is the claim, and is it just anti-Israel conspiracy theory or is it credible?
Newsweek (of all sources) published an impressive overview attempting to answer my very question. Summary: the claim is being pushed the hardest by some bad people, notably Tucker Carlson. And yet… there’s very possibly something real to it, in the details.

Torta/R279, here are the steps to trace someone’s posting history:
1) block the poster,
2) go to your ignored list and scroll all the way down to the bottom (because the last person you blocked will always be at the very bottom)
3) read all of their posts to get a sense of who they are
4) if you decide they’re actually harmless (i.e., not a troll), then you can click the X next to their poster # and unblock them.

R290, yes... Michael Wolff the in-depth Epstein interviewer says the two men had such a bonded friendship because they were both obsessed and consumed with predating upon and "bagging" extremely young gorgeous models. Adding to the vulnerability for Trump... we've largely become inured to his shock-and-outrage zone-flooding tactics. So while normally it should have been incendiary and jaw-dropping the other day when Tulsi Gabbard put out a baseless conspiracy theory about Obama trying to steal the 2016 election for Hillary... everybody except MAGA media just did the "oh look, some more Trump shit" eye roll in response.
It's like my friend Kim back in high school. Kim had such a nonstop filthy mouth, cussing every 3rd word... so when she really wanted to shock us all with some crude language, she had nothing left to deploy.

Also notable... some GOP Senators are getting fed up with the GOP House over Epstein and the House's decision to shut itself down for recess for the rest of the summer as a duck-and-dodge Epstein strategy. Probably because they have the common sense to see which party will get blamed (and rightly) when there are consequences for the House not convening for the next six weeks.

He also claimed Grenell possessed “the ability to bite people and inject them with venom that allows those subjected to the venom to become under a hypnotic spell,” and accused the Trump administration official of being part of a network “where they do homosexual rituals invovling [sic] pentagrams, sigils, candles, demonic possession, pedophilia, blood letting, blood drinking, intoxicants of every kind, sacrifices & of course worshipping Saturn/Satan/Lucifer/Draco/ai.”

PS How can you say these are cheap anti-Trump points? People are pointing at Trump, the miscreant convicted sex offender who is increasingly credibly accused of pedophilia. How would you find out by shutting down an investigation?
by Anonymous | reply 314 | July 24, 2025 4:47 PM |
I'm not saying any investigation should be shut down. Everything should be investigated. However, there's a cottage industry interested in making Israel the culprit in all of the mistakes made by the US.

R313 R315 R317, it's not hard evidence but the Newsweek article I linked earlier, linked here again, did a good job outlining the possible points of the conspiracy theory and why it's taken hold. e.g., Epstein was extremely close with former Israeli PM Ehud Barak, and at least one of the victims has claimed Barak sexually assaulted her. Ghislaine Maxwell's father reportedly getting a head of state level burial from Israel. And so on.
I have no dog in that fight over what's true and what's total libel. I'm horrified by what Israel is doing in Gaza and I'm also deeply fond of the liberal side of the Israeli people, several of whom are good friends. I'm married to a Jewish spouse who lived in Jerusalem for three years and knows victims of Oct 2023, etc. It's complicated. So I hope the above is just a conspiracy theory. But the pieces listed in Newsweek are the main sources of fuel for it.

R323, it's possible that Epstein had connections to U.S. intelligence; that would explain the extraordinary effort that went into protecting him (and everyone associated with him) via the secret federal settlement in the Florida case. I'm not sure that the Bush administration would have gone to such extremes for an Israeli agent who was spying on U.S. citizens. "Becky Ferreira has described the novel as "highly unsettling", due to its depiction of rape of enslaved people, particularly teenage girls, and other coercive sex acts. The sex acts described are performed "for the dual purposes of entertainment and controlled procreation". Ferreira found disgusting the novel's fixation on the sexualization of adolescents. She notes that the adult characters are subjected to infantilization. The novel's dialogue includes "casually unsettling observations". She cites as an example a character remarking that pederasty lacks in "aesthetic appeal". She views the novel as sexualizing minors and fetishizing rape, claiming that such elements were normalized in science fiction."

. . . AND, they’re demanding release of the files that’ll prove they’re not completely crazy.

“ One of the most telling aspects of this MAGA obsession is the focus on the punishment of the “elites” who are behind it. At a basic level, the victims never really take center stage. And that is the heart of it. [bold]In the MAGA world, pedophilia isn’t a crime or abuse that needs to be stopped. It is more a legitimating tool which provides a license for cleansing acts of retributive violence and revenge. [/bold]This is what’s at the end of the story in every far-right/MAGA conspiracy: a wave of eliminationist, cleansing violence led by someone like Trump in which the bad guys, the liberals, the Democrats, the globalist elites, etc etc are wiped out.”

“Watching Donald Trump try and fail to move the news cycle past Jeffrey Epstein this week was like watching an octopus spray ink and get eaten anyway: a wonder of evolution failing with the strategy that always worked for him.”

[quote] I believe the next step is that the House Oversight Chair (James Comer, R) has to sign the subcommittee’s decision for it to become effective.
if that's the case, then I believe the next step is for someone to fake Comer's signature.

by Anonymous | reply 378 | July 25, 2025 4:16 PM |
If Trump pardons Maxwell (or commutes her sentence) in return for silence, which will make him look guilty as well, whatever her silence would be concealing must contain some massive bombshells. I just hope WSJ knows what those are and reveals them first. Also, I don't believe Maxwell is long for this world either way.

If Trump pardons her, she will still be a loose end. How many might be tempted to eliminate her, just in case?Truly, the person they should be eliminating is Trump himself because he started using Epstein as a political battering ram against the Clintons in 2015 anticipating that Hillary would be the Democratic candidate.

Occupy Democrats linked to an interesting post on Instagram Threads (I tried to find a link I could provide here but didn’t see one) about Paolo Zampolli, who brought tRump and Melania together and was also a close friend of Maxwell. Trump appointed him to some foreign service that is the equivalent of an Ambassadorsip. Yet another angle for the conspiracy nuts? Maybe someone can figure out how to link it here.

Predictably enough Trump has boomingly brought up non-GOP names to take down if this goes deeper. Notable he didn't mention Dershowitz, merely Clinton and Summers. Murdoch obviously knows he won't be able to focus solely on Trump, without so much collateral fall-out. How much he's prepared to take that risk remains to be seen.

The New Republic:
Asked on two occasions Friday morning whether he would consider pardoning convicted Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, Trump first said he didn’t “want to talk about” it and, later, made a point to note he is “allowed” to do so.
“Well, I don’t want to talk about that,” the president responded to the first query about a potential pardon. Later, Trump said: “It’s something I haven’t thought about. It’s really some—it’s some. I’m allowed to do it, but it’s something I have not thought about.”
“But you wouldn’t rule it out?” a reporter followed up, but Trump did not reply. Trump’s glaring non-answers come as his allies appear increasingly open to embracing Maxwell as a way out of his Epstein mire.

It won't have much impact if the 300 G of unreleased material (video/audio/financial documents) tell a different story of Dumps guilt.
and if they "edit " or refuse to release the 300 G of unreleased material (video/audio/financial documents), it won't matter if that evidence is possessed by other people also

From out of nowhere a rich guy has a beautiful townhouse, gives top parties, much liquor, smokes, many young and nubile girls, no one asks questions of him. All men, nerdy or not, especially the nerdy ones on the level of Bill Gates, all want to be on his guest list. Trump will be on many if such are released. They were more than friends. Jeffrey Epstein was like a male Mme. Claude. You know Trump played there. Photos exist.

It's the dueling battle of the evidence, with Todd Blanche apparently still making defense team deals for money.

So the smoking gun for Epstein being Mossad is that a former Israeli PM may have been a client? Does that mean that since former and current presidents were also likely clients Epstein was also CIA? Powerful and connected people from all over the world were involved in this, but somehow we have to make this an Israel-centered conspiracy for reasons well known to all.
The only online sources I see repeating these disgusting conspiracy theories are far right and far left nazis (oh, sorry..."anti-zionists"). If you find yourself agreeing with Candace Owens, it might be a good time to take a step back and self-evaluate.

Just to be clear, when Epstein and many of his clients, including Dump, are said to have raped underage girls, specifically it's statutory rape in most cases. 18 years is the age of consent, so anything under is considered rape by law. So it wasn't necessarily forcible rape.
Many girls as young as 13 were manipulated, cajoled, whatever to seduce various clients of Epstein . So even if the young girls initiated, if the men participated they are still guilty of rape.
Why I mention this: Dump is most likely guilty of forcible rape, actual physical assault and battery. We heard the story of how he slapped the 13yr old Ivanka-lookalike, f'kd her, then threatened her life. That is so much worse than anything we know anybody else did.
So not only is Dump's name probably on the "list", he probably WINS for having the most entries, the most paragraphs, and descriptions of the worst encounters and abusive behavior. He loves bullying and loves to be brutal at it! And it's all probably heavily detailed.
