Blacks came out for Hillary, Biden, and Kamala. The thanks for it was being blamed for CRT, which isn't taught outside of high-level college courses and DEI, because a few black women got high-powered positions to open opportunities for everyone who wasn't a straight, white man, and white people had to go to a few classes at the office related to implicit bias and increasing diversity.

I find it fascinating how everyone, even smart people, has bought into this idea that Trump won in some landslide and that black and Hispanic men voted for him in droves. He did better with both groups, but let's not call it something to worry about just yet. Trump won because 8 million Biden voters stayed at home. This isn't Reagan in 1980.

Respected political analyst Ron Brownstein said on CNN earlier today that the high turnout of white protesters from the suburbs could bode well for the Democrats in upcoming elections.

As Brownstein pointed out, one of the factors that hurt Kamala in 2024 was the lower than expected turnout by white suburban college-educated voters compared to what Biden received in 2020.

It could mean that enthusiasm among this demographic will more closely resemble the results Dems got in 2018 & 2020 rather than the depressed turnout of 2024.

That mook is behind the times. Atlanta has not been a majority black city for several years. African Americans in Atlanta have risen so much in economic status that they've been moving to the suburbs and buying big houses. Atlanta is now 46.3% African American.
