You can still love yourself and try to change your body. It’s worked for me. So when you do make progress you feel that much better. I’ve been fat and thinner. I prefer the latter. My back doesn’t hurt and my feet don’t swell anymore. I look good in my clothes and I make healthier food choices while still enjoying eating. I feel for her and people like her, but obesity is not something to be celebrated. Don’t be ashamed but don’t pull the 💩 people like her do.
