She’s been a hot mess for awhile now but it’s strange because she does seem pretty cogent in the Heather McDonald interview. It sounds like there are/were some legit drug and mental illness problems in the recent past which were never brought up in the interview.

R5 I think they’re referring to her role on Heart of Dixie, but yeah, that wasn’t a sitcom. It’s probably what she’s best known for, but she has done more film work than TV.

I interviewed her once for a magazine when Sin City was released and she was...interesting. And was also late to the interview.

She looks like Madame (the puppet) crossed with a late stage alcoholic version of Judy Garland.

She's very pretty and one of the better models-turned-actresses, but she also seems extremely unstable. She was especially stunning in her youth and had an old school movie star look about her. I can see why Michael Bay cast her in "Pearl Harbor"—her face very much looked of that era. As the years have gone by, though, she's done a number on herself with drugs, smoking, alcohol, and an apparent eating disorder.

I remember reading about this one when she was 16 just a runway model, and already a graduate of rehab for heroin. The nytimes did a profile on her with photography by Nan Goldin and she came across as hopelessly lost even then. She seems to have survived by treading water in that section of the celebrity pool full of the most damaged drug users for a shockingly long time. When you think about all the other addicts who have overdosed, lost their minds ruined their careers and otherwise spiraled since 1996. A burnt out match of a person, a bottom feeder, hopelessly lost to her demons but somehow, still here.

In the 2010s Jaime seemed to have a tendency to glom onto famous pop stars. She was Taylor Swift's "bestie" for some time and Taylor is apparently the godmother to Jaime's son, though it doesn't appear they are friends anymore. She did the same thing with Lana Del Rey, who put her in one of her music videos back when she was up and coming, but that friendship seemed to have fizzled out long ago as well.
