I just went through a half wheel of Roquefort from Costco! It was delicious!

The cheese does not have a microchip in it.
The rind does. And the rind of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is not eaten.

I tend to eat the rind, so I'll have to study up on this. Still, I'd rather eat a microchip than (buy) fake cheese.

All I can say is, my fat whore self will have a lot of microchips in me if this is the cheese vehicle

Parmigiano cheese is linked to cancer.

I always add a P-R rind when I make either beans or Bolognese.

Anyone who says she eats the inedible rind of an authentic Parmigiano Reggiano is a liar.

If you are putting the rind in soups and so forth, the outside of the rind is scraped.

I add the rind to split pea soup.
