Claims to be hitting “Democrat Programs,” whatever the fuck that means

He's just going to have to hire them back, like the ones he fired earlier. Democrat programs are thing that benefit ordinary people, not millionaires or corporations.

I wonder how many of those getting canned were happy peppy Trump voters.

Then the Dem states should stop sending taxes to the Federal govt.

Trump is claiming that a few thousand are vulnerable to being fired.

When given a notice of firing (a RIF-Reduction in Force), civil service is put on administrative leave for 60 days, after when they are formally fired. They get paid for those 60 days and, during that time, it’s easy to reverse the decisions.

I’m going to assume (thinking positively) that these will be reversed when the gov opens again. Also, there will be tons of lawsuits that may hold up the process like last time there was a mass firing.

These 4.000+ fired employees have been on the chopping block for a very long time - Trump has been waiting for the right time to do it. And the right time is during the shutdown, and blaming Dems for the shutdown. Yet the shutdown has NOTHING to do with the firings at all (as explained by Velshi on MSNBC last night).
