Love Madonna but but she's not the best actress. She's too self-conscious and wooden and it's all too painful to watch. Ultimately, it's just not her medium. It's interesting to note that she excels in music videos but not in movies. However, she was good in Desperately Seeking Susan, Who's That Girl?, A League of Their Own and Evita.

Luckily, she tops ALL the music lists and that's what she should stick to. She's still, today, the highest selling female artist of all time and the Queen of Pop for 40 years. And OP - we all know where [bold]"you know who"[/bold] is on that list. Last time I checked it was #88. Probably lower now.

She is charming while singing and dancing in the “Material Girl” video but in the opening when she’s reciting her lines, she sounds so lethargic, like she can barely get her lines out. People should have seen that and stopped there. But no… they kept trying to let her act.

I thought she was okay in Body of Evidence. The movie was so trashy and stupid that it didn't really matter if she could act or not.

Gal Godot is Helen Hayes compared to Madonna. But so is a can opener.

She is so bad here. The whole scene is a ripoff of the “Basic Instinct” interrogation scene and she desperately wants to be Sharon Stone but she doesn’t have the skill, sex appeal or the self awareness to do so.

Surrounding herself with talents like Willem Dafoe and Joe Mantegna just makes the embarrassment even worse.

There is no worse actress than Madonna.

She has the warmth of a lizard onscreen.
