Whether or not he's abusing that dog with a shock collar, it's really disturbing when he starts yelling at her in that video. The dog is lying there very calmly and passively, then she gets up and starts to walk a little bit in a normal way, and he totally freaks out and starts yelling and cursing at her. Did he expect her to stay motionless throughout his video? If he didn't want to risk a distractions, he could have placed her off camera.
