I was in Vegas a few weeks ago and granted, it was Vegas. But the way so many young women dressed for a night out with badly applied makeup and the unflattering clothes.

I am from the Northeast, born and raised. Women just are much more scrubbed down here, something I notice when I am in places like Vegas or Nashville where they overdo it.
