Are they going to charge everyone who protests against fascism with terrorism now?
There's no such thing as the "Antifa organization" - it's simply the action of being against fascism.
Since there's no actual organization to be affiliated with, does it mean that they can now designate anyone as a terrorist as they see fit without any material proof?
Like if you join a random anti-Trump parade or anti-oligarchy rally and hold up a sign that says "Fuck Fascism", does that make you a terrorist? Because it certainly sounds like a claim that can be made under this law.

Congratulations to all the DL "moderates" who helped to make antifascism a dirty word. Have fun looking over your shoulder next time you talk shit about Trump.

R2 You still expect any consequences to befall Trump for any reason? How cute.
He got away with insurrection as a civilian under a Democratic admin. You think anyone's going to get him now as a de facto dictator?

Antifa is the new Protocols of the Elders of Zion. It's a way to justify their own actual sinister cabal by claiming that they're battling a sinister cabal that in reality doesn't exist.

From Ken Klippenstein, referenced by OP:
"Without ever defining what Antifa (short for Anti-Fascist) is as an organization, Trump’s executive order directs the federal government to “investigative, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations” conducted by the group. Trump’s previous FBI Director, Christopher Wray, said once that Antifa is “more of an ideology or a movement than an organization.”
But in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s murder, national security officials tell me, the Trump administration feels especially empowered to focus its ire on the so-called radical left, even though, as I’ve written, it isn’t at all clear that the alleged Utah shooter was left or right.
The White House is trying to cast its new counterterrorism focus as on some kind of radical fringe, but in an least one of the examples they point to, I can think of a lot of people online that it might apply to. Have you expressed an opinion that this administration would construe as having “celebrated” Luigi Mangione? If so, you could be a target of Trump’s new war on the so-called radical left."

Rutgers Expert on Antifa Flees to Spain After Death Threats
Mark Bray was teaching courses on anti-fascism.
Turning Point USA accused him of belonging to antifa, which he denies.
He left the country Thursday night.
