Movies that you only watch for the end scenes

The Punisher - I love justified revenge sceneswhen the bad guys get what's coming to them.

I don't actually have any I "only" watch for the end scenes, but there are end scenes I can watch time and time again because they are so affecting:

*The Third Man (devastating)

*Jeanne Dielman, 23 Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles (to me this has probably the most devastating ending of any film)

*Nights of Cabiria (heartbreaking in the best way)

*Bagdad Cafe (life-affirming and moving)

*Sunset Blvd (unforgettable)

*Playtime (makes you glad to be alive)

Se7en. Just to see GP get decapitated.

Raiders of the Lost Ark

Twister

Wicked Part 1. Because of that song. The performance of it is amazing.

Agreed, R5. I watched the movie recently and found that I had tears running down my face as the credits rolled. MARY!!

Planet of the Apes. Both the original and the remake. Yes the remake stank but the end was good.

The whole movie is fantastic, but I could watch the taxi scene at the end of The Accident Tourist where Macon (William Hurt), visiting France, tells the taxi to stop for Muriel (Geena Davis) so many times. He knows he needs her. She's not perfect, or what he was cultured to expect to need - but they work.

Footloose - everything before the title song is a bore

But don't you have to watch the whole thing for the last part to have an impact?

That said, the end of Dangerous Liaisons is a banger.
