It was probably a domestic violence issue. Those are the absolute worst for officers to deliver warrants, and it's probably the most deadly call for police officers to perform. Probably statistics.

I used to work in the court system. The sheriffs absolutely dreaded serving warrants and responding to a violation of a protection order.

Some men do not easily give up their presumed ownership of their females and do not cotton to other men telling them what to do, let alone delivering a court order telling them to stop the beatings.

I also just came back from a time-out. It's not gonna stop me from projecting..... (which I occasionally do without realizing, by presuming).

For the life of me I have never understood why cops try to serve warrants at peoples homes where they have all their guns. Get them out in public somewhere. Yeah it takes a little more effort but still.

Every cop will tell you that domestic violence cases are the most dangerous for the cops. They all have stories about cops they knew or heard about being wounded or killed on those calls. They'd all rather confront King Kong than a domestic violence situation.

I'm so glad I'm able to live alone. Everyone's gone crazy I swear at least once a month we have at least one family that's completely annihilated by the father or one of the other children. We also recently had two police officers in the nearby City shot and killed responding to a domestic violence call.

Growing up the cops are usually at our house at least two or three times a week either because whatever boyfriend or step dad was around was beating her trying to kill someone or it was my brother either having completely disappeared or done some really terribly violent thing.
