Do you eat them? Are you a fan?
My mother loves them, but she is from the Pacific islands; that comes with the territory. They’re hard to get where I live unless the Asian grocers get them in.
We had a banana tree in our yard and she used to bake green bananas in the oven or throw them onto the barbecue coals.

I like them green. fried and salted. Yellow and boiled made me gag when I was given them years ago.
I don’t buy them, however, as they are difficult to peel. I believe one does so under water.

As a kid, I remember trying to eat one raw like a normal banana. That one went about as well as biting into baker's chocolate.
