I remember watching a twilight zone marathon and being captivated by how beautiful the man in “Nothing in the Dark” was. I had only known him from his middle-aged roles which were in the theaters at the time (Up Close & Personal, etc)
What was the best Robert Redford has ever looked onscreen

I thought he was an excellent director, a great voice for new films, and a horrible actor. If people though he was handsome that is about all he ever amounted to on screen as an actor. I never believed in one character he played. From homo to outlaw to Hubble to British hunter. He was another actor who well loved by his peers but a bore on the screen. He is lovely to look at but he couldn't act his way out of Africa or any other role.

I saw an episode of Dr. Kildare that he did. He was gorgeous
I'm glad Richard Chamberlain had some eye candy on the set

Yes, R3. Notice Bob hadn’t gotten into the bleach too much at that time.

I remember him looking especially youthful and lovely on an episode of Perry Mason. Whenever I see a hot actor on that show I wonder if they had to do the casting couch with Raymond Burr.

Stunning and sexless.
I think I liked him best in the TZ episode as the Angel of Death from the OP. We can appreciate his astonishing beauty with no expectation of carnality.
He’s good in the episode, though Gladys Cooper has to do the heavy lifting.
