This SHOULD be a thread, they are that addictive. I only allow myself one box every five years or so. I'm sure they're laden with MSG, which makes everything taste better.

They were my dad’s favorite snack, spread with cream cheese, we’d make little three layer sandwiches, so good. I still do this like once a year, brings me right back

You could probably allow yourself a box every two and a half years without shortening your life appreciably. And the idea that MSG is a dangerous chemical additive has been disproved.

The very definition of "too much time on your hands" has to be making copycat Chicken in a Biscuit crackers at home.

r18, it's mostly because I rarely venture down the snack aisle and forget that they still exist. Told my husband that there's a thread here about this. He's so predictable. A box or two will show up in the pantry next time he does the shopping "because they're on sale". I have kidney disease and he's on Ozempic. We really shouldn't...

My grandmother always had a bunch of types of crackers on hand in case company showed up.

I loved Chicken in a Biskit and the aforementioned Bacon Things.

She also had a supply of Swiss crackers that looked like pieces of Swiss cheese and something called "Twigs" I think that she would jam into a cheese ball from the freezer.

Loved them all.

She also had a giant jar of something called "Wheat Nuts" she would pour into little glass cups and place around the living room for card parties.

They taste amazing, but they're really unhealthy. I get tempted to buy a box every time I see them at the store.

The name tells you what they are. Obviously not vegan. But thanks I guess.
