From the NYT Walton Goggins still appears to be existing, or at least dressing, on island time. The actor, nominated for “The White Lotus,” sauntered onto the red carpet early in the night wearing a Sinatra-in-Sardinia white dinner jacket by Louis Vuitton, without a tie but with his shirt unbuttoned nearly to the navel, revealing a torso as golden as an Emmy statuette.
When is Walton Goggins NOT trying too hard?

Maybe you could have posted a link we could all actually see OP?

It's ok. I like him. He's fine.

Is Walter any relation to Walton?

He looks like an over-the-hill gigolo.

Not a fan.

He is insufferable. He is like Christopher Meloni without a nice ass.

Is that a nascent chancre on the shaft.

And he’s doing ads for Walmart
by Anonymous | reply 11 | September 15, 2025 2:16 AM |
The WalMart ads are too much. He's riding his own hype, and it's cringey.

He’s jumped the shark. I liked him when he was on Justified and a few shows and movies. Now he’s everywhere.

I don't blame actors/actresses for striking while the iron's hot and doing product endorsements. Those endorsements often pay more than acting roles, and an actor's career can go from hot to cold so fast. Make that $$$ while you can, bitches!
by Anonymous | reply 14 | September 15, 2025 3:18 AM |
Got damn is he one ugly ass motherfucker.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | September 15, 2025 4:03 AM |
I hope he gets more work. It's cringe to have his endorsements dry because White Lotus buzz wore off.

God, that's not a fivehead, that's a TENhead.

I will never type this again, I bet: Seth Rogan looked good
by Anonymous | reply 18 | September 15, 2025 4:51 AM |
His name is not Walter Goggins, OP. It's Walnut Goggins.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | September 15, 2025 5:14 AM |
Looks like he got his $2 million and an eight-ball.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | September 15, 2025 4:19 PM |
He’s a whore, darlin

As a fellow Gen X'er, I'm glad he's been able to surge and gain this level of notoriety at this point in his career. And I know it's probably hard to turn down the money for all these products and stores that are hiring him. But seems like his management would be talented or strategic enough to negotiate these deals in a way that they're spread out a bit. He may not be as over-exposed as he seems but who's to know because he's just everything at the same time. All of that plus the cringey'ness of how he's conducting himself in public and in magazine shoots makes it hard to keep cheering him on. I think that weird photo shoot he did for some random magazine, the one were he's in the Speedos with his legs spread out, etc. just turned my opinion of him. I also hope it's not true but he does kind of come across as a cliche' celebrity who's constantly coked-out or high on something. I don't know who's more exhausting and tiresome at this point, him or Pedro Pascal.
