Passkeys are coming, whether we like it or not.
Have any of you adopted passkeys instead of Passwords yet, they seem to be safer but am one of those who just doesn't like change, or for that matter trust change. Someone somewhere will eventually figure out how to hack them, it is inevitable.
I will post an article in R1 explaining them if you don't already understand them.

I'm afraid to set one up. I've had lots of problems using my fingerprint ID on my iPhone. I sometimes sport a Van Dyke, sometimes I'm clean-shaven. I would expect to be constantly locked out of my accounts.

JFC, OP/R1 -- and that's supposed to be [italic]easier??[/italic]
Plus, instead of one device that could be compromised, now there's TWO!
Ugh -- I'm too fucking old for this bullshit.

Yeah, well, if you own a crypto account or anything else it's high value to get into, I suggest you don't use fingerprints. At work we had a lecture from a guy who worked in forensic IT security, and he said at a certain value level you're risking having a finger cut off.

A toddler can set up a fingerprint ID. There is nothing easier.
