There is a new DL sub on reddit, It's not the one that's been invaded by banished rightwingers. It literally popped up yesterday or the day before.

I added this account because my 20+ year account got banned, and I have been careful not to be adding to the uptick in violent, accusatory, unhelpful speech.

But that doesn't mean I haven't expressed opinions. In the DL way.

Again, interlopers and/or cranks are disrupting the DL and have been doing so for weeks now.

R4 because they started getting blocked for no apparent reason and created another one. This has been going on for months now as has been mentioned on numerous threads. But just this week it has been out of control. They are making peace with leaving this site altogether because there is no other recourse or explanation as to why it is happening.

I was in time out for days, recently, I think because I dared to suggest Angela Lansbury was a little boring.

I have no one on "ignore", yet sometimes a number in the sequence of replies won't appear unless someone cites that number in his own reply, then I can see it that way. How come?

I can't see R3. For some reason, DataLounge on Chrome will not allow me to save my settings, otherwise I'd set it to "Asbestos Eyeballs."

Bingo r22. I just switched from chrome to safari and reset my Asbestos Eyeballs and R3 popped up.

Not sure why R3 would need Asbestos Eyeballs though.

This happened to me too. My posts were mild & received positive notifications but all of a sudden I couldn’t post at all. I logged off for 24 hrs and posting was restored when I logged back on. I’ve been hearing about this but it’s the first time it happened to me. I’m not going to pay my monthly subscription if it happens often since I can read the content without it.

R20 , I think when a poster gets a time out their posts automatically disappear. My posts on a thread that I started disappeared when I got a time out. Posters on the thread were asking each other, “What happened to his posts? Why can’t I see them?” And it was because of that. I see response numbers skip a number in lots of threads.

A simple way for that is just slide the eyeball setting all the way to the left. If there are strikethroughs, it has had an FF. Of course this only works to see it on other people’s replies. You won’t see it on your own.
