Do these hands look normal for a body? Lots of people are saying that Erika Kane’s casket dance uses a dummy.
I wonder what his life insurance policy was like or if she’s recently been in Tel Aviv.

She went ALL IN as soon as they announced his death. 100%. Widow, culture warrior, leader, crusader, ravenous for power and fame, ALL the things.
The ultimate pay-per-view: put her and Lara Trump in a Thunderdome. Two women enter. One woman leaves.

There are people who have seem a lot of embalmed bodies at wakes. There are very few people (outside of funeral home employees) who have touched or seen people touching A LOT embalmed bodies. Even if a close family member touches the body, they don’t do it at the public wake in close view of other guests or videotape it and then post it.
So I don’t think you are going to get a good answer. But my guess is that the hands are pretty normal for a deal body prepped for display. It’s just the contrast with live hands that looks strange.
I’m glad she did this. She overplayed her hand and this will limit her going forward. I didn’t know who Charlie Kirk was, but now I know she’s a creep right away.

Those gold rings and fingernails. So vulgar--does she think Jesus would approve?

WTF does her “recently being in Tel Aviv” have to do with it?

Just to get a body's eyes and mouth to stay closed and keep bodily fluids from leaking out requires some alarming interventions. In order to have an open casket funeral Charlie's undoubtedly been embalmed (which basically involves vacuuming all fluids out of his body and replaced with chemicals and stuffing),, had intensive patching and sculpting done to his neck wound, and lots of styling and cosmetics. So he is in effect a dummy.

Ask Elaine Chao. She’s living with an embalmed person.

I watch a lot of Real Housewives, so yes, I've seen a lot of bodies. That corpse's hand looks fantastic for what it is.

What kind of a completely mentally deranged sick fuck does one have to be to post something as disgusting as this?
Sounds like this bitch and her hate mongering husband were a perfect match.
I fear for their children.

When does she release her trademarked brand of Charlie's Cinnamon Rolls? The frosting's blood red.

R5, for starters these are used to keep the eyelids closed.

The corpse is covered with Herr Trump's cheap foundation makeup.

The whole embalming so you can have an open casket is sort of weird

Wakes are awful and open caskets are the worst.
There is an old Irish tradition of photographing relatives holding still born babies.
This is more fucked up.

When my parents died, they didn't look like themselves enbalmed. I didn't want to remember them that way, and I didn't want friends and family to rememeber them that way either, so I asked the funeral home to close their caskets before their services.

It’s stupid to criticize his widow for mourning. It’s an argument the left will always lose. Let that ho mourn how she want, attention seeking at all.
What we need to remind regular people is that Charlie Kirk spewed violent rhetoric not months, but WEEKS leading up to his death. Americans are dumb but they ain’t that dumb if you point the shit out to them. Why won’t leftist media show the tape of Donald Trump publicly making jokes about Paul Pelosi’s attempted murder. That’s what that guy was charged with. The right wing would do it.

R14 my cousin did that with her first pregnancy about 40 years ago when we were in our 20s. Her mom overdid the reactions to her pregnancy because she was the first kid in her family to get knocked up and my aunt lived for the day she'd hold that baby. If I recall correctly they took the pictures in the delivery room a couple of hours after it happened. I wonder if the Fotomat clerk freaked out when he developed that roll of film.

r16, iisn't it amazing how everything is always the fault of the Democrats.

His hands are the same color as Trump's foundation.

R19 wins 😂. Brilliant.

I believe the lighting has something to do with it. Normally there are pink lights above or at both ends of the casket to add a glow.

Is she trying to fellate him back to life?

I don’t think a photo keepsake of a stillborn baby is that weird, especially in the context of a belief in its soul. I think I’d rather take a photo and choose not to look at it than not have the option to. Maybe at the age of 90 you look back and remember all your children growing up and look at their photos and you would want to acknowledge that baby, too. It would be weird to post it on Facebook.
Open caskets are weird today because most of us are so far removed from death. And embalmed and made up corpses are definitely weird, but you can’t really skip that.
I think it has some value as a way to understand death. I can’t defend that statement and I didn’t see a body at an open casket funeral until I was a teen, so presumably I already understood what dead was. It’s just a gut feeling. I remember going to a wake with my dad (can’t remember who, not someone I was close to but it was in the Bronx so good chance it was an Irish American wake) and not expecting it and being like, WTF?!! It was a real shock. And my dad responded along the lines of, “Yeah, well he’s dead. You knew why we were coming, right?” I think that was a good experience. I also think I should have gotten a heads up.
