Its very Miami. In that it is perfect . I love quite a bit of it,but all together its just too much. I couldnt imagine raising a child in there . I saw a crib in one of the pics. Its cold. Like a museum. Oh but in the bad old days id have adored it . I was such a glitzy queen.

Landing a helicopter has been mentioned but I can picture a 1970s' style t.v. rooftop chase/shootout being filmed there.

I was confused at first because at $14 million for 5000 sq ft, I didn’t realize it was a condo. So the floors and finishes seemed even more over the top for a single family home.

It’s not cheap, it’s just too much. And I feel like the finishes are super high end, the furniture less so, and the bedding looks like it’s from wayfair? There are elements I don’t hate. I like that’s it’s not gray, but there is too much brown.

I’m guessing black athlete/black athlete’s wife. The cheap bedding makes me think it’s someone who was willing to spend on permanent stuff, but still has some sense of what things cost. Like they grew up middle class and still don’t completely have their head around what’s reasonable for someone with their kind of money. Because I feel like that’s the kind of thing I might do. Have a $14 million second home I refurbish with resale in mind, but get confused. And then buy bedding on sale.

The issue is there is no variety in decor. If you took the 2-5 main public rooms, I am fine with the quality of the surface decor. Might replace some furniture and fixtures. It really is 2025 neo deco lux. However then dozens of rooms need individual styles.

They'd better prepare for several more price reductions.

I was thinking that it looked like something from a dime-a-dozen Dubai housing estate, r33. It's the big boxy white rooms and marble floors. I think someone with real money would choose to live somewhere nicer and hire an architect.
