Except Flo didn't last long enough to be revamped.

Are there sources that describe the onset friction between Lavin and Holliday? I wonder if it actually got public, or just remained bitching voiced by agents and managers, etc.

It's hard to believe it was in the Top Ten at the start of its run. This old thread also says that Holliday didn't get along with Sudie Bond or DL fave Joyce Bulifant, who quit before the series was canceled.
