The airline has forbidden employees from drinking coffee or "other beverages" in public while in uniform.
No word yet on if this is really a matter of aesthetics, or if the airline is simply convinced that hot beverages are the "Devil's Temperature."

On a day in which I've read about some incredibly stupid shit going down (Matt Dowd fired for speaking truth; America's pastime going full-on Nazi sypathizers) this is still just about the stupidest thing I've seen. Here, I'll paraphrase Charlie Kirk: I would be nervous if I thought my pilot hadn't had a cup of coffee or 10 before taking the helm.
Coffee is the most common beverage in the world. What's next, banning BA employees from peeing?
