I had such a crush on Ryan back then, but he's very much one of those guys who are aware of their hotness. And in fairness, all 10s know they're 10s.
As for Macklemore, I occasionally come across threads about him on Reddit because progressives adore him. He tweets constantly about all those issues, including some that aren't that popular on DL. I think he got lost in that bubble a bit, but what other choice does he have; it's either that or fading into obscurity like Lewis.

Ryan Lewis a "10"? On what scale? In what context? He is now 37 years old. At his peak he was a solid 8, tops. Very cute but not universally handsome, which a "10" requires.
