I’ve read most of Epstein’s birthday book at r14. (It kept crashing so not all) . The list of contributors is at the front, many are blacked out, but nothing is cross referenced with a page number. A lot of it is hard to decipher due to bad photocopying but yeah, it ranges from banal to tacky to sleazy.
