R31 I have no skin in this game, but wearing tights in Toronto in the winter is not the same as wearing pantyhose under a knee-length poly-blend skirt in the summer. It won't kill anyone--men have to wear long suit pants in the summer, but it's not comfortable.

Pantyhose are considered very dated and old-lady-ish. People still wear tights. I haven’t see a woman in pantyhose in person for years. You might see it at a wedding or bar mitzvah on a women over 60.

This sounds contradictory. I'm not sure what you're saying. That she has so much empathy bursting from her soul that she doesn't know how to express it to the people she so feels for? Or that she hasn't a clue about it and performs scripts that mimic empathy hoping people think she really cares about them?
