R18 - that's actually a very common procedure now. My college roommate suffered from pretty severe gynecomastia. He had that surgery 10 years ago and said it was life changing. Now there are surgical practices dedicated just to that procedure. I don't know how much it costs these days, but I recall he said it was somewhere around $10k when he had it done. Obviously, he got financing. He definitely had a hell of a lot more confidence after. He showed me pictures of the extractions (with my consent of course) and it was wild to see those tatas outside his body -- made you realize only a small percentage of it was actually fat and that surgery was the only solution.

Lipo on my lower stomach and flanks. I almost got it done, but the possible side effects and the thought of it not being worth the money stopped me.

I am thinking about getting laser skin surfacing on my face.
