What moments do you love with your pets?
Aside from cuddling, rubbing her belly, etc., I love how when I get home, my kitty is waiting at the door for me, and how she then promptly turns around, with her bushy tail held up high in the, marches me over to her food bowl, in order to feed her.
It’s so adorable! She’s 100% in charge, & she knows it.
I also love how whenever I get out of the shower in the morning, she’s sitting on all four legs/paws, waiting for me to open the bathroom door, then she looks up at me, & lets out a super tiny, feminine meow, kinda like, “Where have you been?”
She’s the sweetest, most loving cat. ❤️

He loves lap time, as do I, but I don't think he will fit on my lap for much longer.
Dog park is great, he has so much fun and I get to talk to people.
Yes he's a rescue.

R2, YES!
She’s a rescue.
My neighbor in Georgia was going to dump the mother & her 4 kittens in a cornfield, & we rescued them all.
I made my kitty my own, & brought her back home with me, to California.
The mother & her kittens, now full grown cats, are all together, & VERY loved & well cared for, by my mom & her husband, minus my kitty cat, who I relocated with. And of course, she’s adored & well cared for, as well.

I loved when my dog would jump up on the bed and we'd both go to sleep together. Something comforting about it, even if it meant I had less space.

When she leans against me when sleeping, like we are pack. As pug, she's a soothing snorer.
One thing is doesn't like is being photographed. I was trying to get her pics on TikTok. She got tired so quickly, gave me side eye and, communicated, "No pictures, no autographs, thank you for being a fan."

Aww, R9, that’s soooo sweet!
I get it! Once she’s in bed with me, & do not move, even if there’s tons of room, because I just don’t want to disturb her.

When I lived in a house I loved seeing the dog and two cats waiting for me in the window as I parked the car. The minute the car door opened they disappeared- all waiting by the door for my big welcome home.

I lost my Schnauzer six weeks ago unexpectedly, and man, I see that little dude everywhere around the house. Miss him terribly.
Cherish every special moment you have with your cat, OP. It's a special bond.

The fact my Raggy fella chews up both sides of my shower curtain liner to shreds. He takes so much pleasure keeping his little teefs clean I can't bear stopping him.

Not really loving this moment. About five weeks ago friend gave us a stray teen-kitten she adopted, as "a house warming present". Haven't had cats in about 8 years. It's like he's on steroids, always wants to play and be massaged 24/7. He just dragged his favorite toy into bed. It's a "bird" attached to a long fishing pole. He brought the whole thing up. I could hear him dragging it across the floor through the whole house, which woke me up. Then he thought it was a good idea to walk on my ribs and purr in my face until I took him "fishing". Now I can't sleep. Am having a cig in the garage. He's crying for me to come back. It's actually very cute, mostly because I'm retired and don't have anything to do tomorrow. My partner is comatose wearing his CPAP, blissfully oblivious.

My cat will jump up on the couch and tap my arm until I pay attention to her. I say "yes, I see you" and it makes her roll around while purring.

My dog understands that humans do things with their hands. So she nudges my wrist up when she wants to get up or go outside or get fed. She figured out how to open the baby gate. But my favorite is watching her drag a ceramic food bowl across the room when she feels like a late-night dinner.

You do now R18! The little kitten sounds adorable and likes he's bonded with you and just what you need.
