MAGAt facial follies: Who had better cosmetic alterations?

In this edition, let's compare and contrast a couple of lady loonies, one who manages to keep her craziness somewhat under wraps except for unexplained, uninhibited cosplay and carrying $3K in cash in her purse. The other lets it spill out all over. (the crazy, not cash)

The first is obviously Kristi Noem who subsidized her cosmetic dentistry by using her official South Dakota Twitter account to promote a Texas dentist. The second is obviously Laura Loomer.

The middle-aged desire to stay as young and dewy as possible is understandable. But Loomer started young. Looking at the few "before" pictures out there, I've wondered if she started out to fix a telltale coke nose. I learned about coke noses on an old Trey Parker thread and Loomer's presurgical nose looks like it. It also could help explain the crazy and her energy.
