A Hatful of Rain (1957 Fred Zinnemann film about junkies w Don Murray, Tony Franciosa) Joshua, Then and Now (1985 great James Woods and Alan Arkin in the Duddy Kravitz vein) The Line King (1996 documentary about legendary caricaturist Al Hirschfeld) Room Service (1938 Marx Bros film. Very funny) Andy (1965 Richard Sarafian. Moving film about a mentally disabled, middle aged New Yorker living with his elderly parents)
DVDs exist for some of these, but have never found bluxrays or torrents. A partial, truncated one seems to be floating around for The Line King.

YIELD TO THE NIGHT (56) is on DVD and Blu-Ray from Studio Canal (at amazon.co.uk). I bought it last year. And it's a new restoration.
On the other hand, the American ripoff made the following year, THE UNHOLY WIFE (57) has never been transferred to DVD or BluRay, and the print that used to be shown on TCM is quite poor.

Thanks R65 and R71 for the White Stillman films suggestions.
The complication for me is living in the EU where there is hasn't been any streaming/rental access to the "Metropolitan" and "Barcelona," (or "Last Days of Disco"). I can order the 3-titke Criterion box set from an Amazon in another EU country easily enough for €90, but it's the U.S. Region 1 edition shipped via Amazon.uk with and added €20 in Brexit duties. Then I would have to buy a multiregion player.
In short, I've been a cheap fuck in not wanting to spend €200 to see the films again. But having waited for good news for JustWatch for some years now, I ready to prevail upon some visiting American friend to mule the DVDs in a suitcase.
There are no other titles I long for but cannot find in a streaming service, so I've put off starting a ridiculously small and expensive DVD collection of 2 or 3 titles and player that I might watch once every five years or so.

Owning movies digitally to me seems like such a waste. Not to turn this into a pros and cons of physical media thread but the quality is so much shittier, watching a stream, than putting a blu-ray into the blu-ray player and watching it that way. Anyway that's my response to r49, who wants to own Hitchcock's Rebecca digitally, and to r85, who suggests buying the DVD. You can actually get Rebecca as a Criterion blu-ray which is the correct way to go

I have to have physical media. I really didn't start major collecting until blurays. I just got the 4k Funny Girl for $15 on Amazon. But if the truth be told I have watched a few movies on youtube for free that I do not plan on buying like Peeping Tom, A Double Life and Born Yesterday. I rented a movie once Almost Love. It was the beginning of covid and I knew it would look just as good on a tv as in a theater. Don't remember his name but lead actor was excellent. Only problem there should have been a fair amount of male nudity and there was none. Unfortunate for a gay movie that straights aren't going to watch anyway. And Mike couldn't keep his clothes on when he was on stage. He would have had to be bound and gagged.

This doesn't really count, because they're available on DVD/Blu-ray, but the James Bond films are very rarely available to stream within existing packages.
Sometimes Prime will have them all to stream at no extra cost, but it's always got a time limit imposed on it, even now that Amazon owns them all.
You can buy each one individually but there's no option to buy them all in one transaction at a reduced cost (which exists for other movie series). So if you hypothetically want to buy them all on Prime - to ensure you can always watch them - you have to click on each one individually and buy it, which adds up across 25 films.

A first-rate British telefilm called "Close Relations," about a brother and sister who meet as adults and begin to fall in love. I saw it as a gayling on A&E in the early 90s, when the network would show movies like "Maurice" after midnight, with commercials but often uncensored and unedited.

The Troublemaker (1964 film).
The film was shot in the West Village.

It starred Tom Aldredge and Joan Darling. Written by Buck Henry (with others).
I cannot find it. Nothing. Not even a clip or trailer on YouTube.
