A marriage doomed from the start

I was into her during The Crown since it called back to what a sensation she was - which I really didn't care about or ponder in real time when she was alive. Now I'm over her.

God, I remember the furor from the engagement to the wedding in 1981. And I thought they were the gawkiest looking couple ever. Diana looked fantastic the last few years of her life but not so much as the bride-to-be.

I think I'll miss the '90s until the day I die.

I miss a curated image of a person whose schtick fooled a lot of people once she grew up a little, but it didn't make her more stable, sensible, or careful.

TBF, my mom had asked him to record GH, he just didn’t insert the right tape. We didn’t realize until we watched the episode and the credits rolled, and suddenly it switched to the church. My crazy, dramatic mother wailed when she realized the error, I know, MARY!

She got to live in multiple palaces, and wear diamonds and pearls and fabulous gowns, and she was the most famous woman in the world, and she got to fuck hot men like James Hewitt.

I'm over feeling sorry for Diana for anything other than her early death.

Diana suggested the availability of divorce for my mom and aunts. Really touching.

That being said, I share a birthday with King Charles, and my partner has a princess Diana tattoo.

I never gave Diana or William or Catherine or even Charles a second thought until halfwit Harry and his harridan started their public shenanigans and smear campaign against the RF.

Now I see halfwit Harry and Diana as the mentally ill and manipulative people they were/are. I also find Diana's doe eyed shtick nauseating. I'm also Team Chuck, Will and Catherine if I have to choose between them and the Montecito manipulators. Although I'm sure the entire family are not people I'd like to even have dinner with.
