LUNCH AND A MOVIE While the students are finishing in the market, I go back to the studio and put together lunch for everyone. My new favorite lunch is a Brie, green apple and honey-mustard dressing sandwich. I take the whole Brie, put it in the oven for five minutes, pull it out and just slide it all the way down the bread, tick tick tick, and it’s done. I’ll make that, plus a tomato, mozzarella and basil sandwich and some salads. We have kombucha on tap. The lights go down, the screen projector goes up and it’s like a classic 1980s media projection, with a video about industrial flower growing.
