Poor guy. Much too young to die.

What specific organ caused the cancer to spread in the head and neck? Was it cancer of the brain?

Head and neck cancers are often traced to HPV viruses.

"Head and neck cancer" is a very vague term—that could mean throat cancer, oral cancer, esophageal cancer, thyroid cancer, etc.

Exactly what I said it probably was. How sad.

R9, he died of lung cancer.

R11 it says he died of head and neck cancer which metastasized to his lung—that's technically not lung cancer as it didn't originate there.

It could be from smoking. They’d all be connected. I’m not sure if he was a heavy smoker or not. It really is tragic, someone dying that young from a disease.

R13 60-70% of oral cancers today are HPV related.
So it’s sex, not smoking that is leading those cancers.

My biological father (who I was not close with and had very little contact with during my childhood or adult years) died in his late 70s from mouth cancer in 2017.
I'm fairly certain his years of rampant alcoholism and chain smoking from an early age were the cause of his cancer, and not HPV-related.
But I really couldn't be certain one way or another.

Head and neck cancer can be alcohol and smoking related or HPV (human papillomavirus) related. Those affecting the throat, base of the tongue, and tonsils are most likely to be due to HPV. If the cancer is HPV related, the cure rate is MUCH higher. There is a vaccine for HPV (Gardasil), but you need to be vaccinated prior to exposure for it to offer protection.

A person on LPSG posted 20 years ago that they worked in a hotel where Julian and his mother were staying. He delivered breakfast to their room that they were going to eat it. Julian was sitting there in a robe. He had his legs open. He moved them so the guy could get a better look at his junk. His mother was on the phone in the room at the time and wasn’t paying attention. That was the extent of it but it was pretty hot and shocking. Julian was probably 20 or something at the time. At least that’s what it sounds like. His parents were well to do people.

It’s going to be really upsetting if he died thanks to not receiving proper treatment because he was brainwashed by Scientology. Good god.

Julian's widow Kelly, a California born and raised former model, now describes herself as a 'spiritual concierge', operating a business called Super Spiritual Girl.
According to her website, she is a shamanic healer, reiki master, certified meditation instructor and intuitive reader. She has hosted spiritual workshops in Miami.
Julian's first marriage was to Australian actress and pop star Dannii Minogue, after meeting on the Home and Away set in 1991.
Their union was doomed, seemingly in part due to Julian's mother - the late Lady Sonia McMahon, a Sydney socialite - not approving of Dannii.
'His family did not like me,' Dannii said. 'There's a certain social pecking order and I was definitely not in that scene. She [Sonia] only spoke to me a couple of times.'
Dannii alleged her former mother-in-law 'caused issues' at the couple's 1994 wedding.
'On the actual day of the wedding there was drama,' she said. 'She said she wasn't going to show up, so that's quite stressful. Julian and I were going ahead with the marriage regardless.
'So she did end up coming and was causing a scene. It wasn't the greatest... it was hard. I tried to stay away from it. I just wanted to enjoy the day.'
The marriage ended 18 months later.

About his father:
There were frequent rumours throughout his life that McMahon was homosexual. The suggestion was repeatedly denied by Lady McMahon. On one occasion in the 1970s, that resulted in an infamous headline in the defunct Melbourne tabloid, Sunday Observer: "My Billy's No Poofter – Sonia Tells".

More about his father:
In the 1972 election, David Widdup, a pioneer of LGBTQ+ rights in Australia, ran as a candidate against McMahon in the seat of Lowe, making history as Australia’s first openly gay candidate for public office. His campaign slogan, “I’ve got my eyes on Billy’s seat!”, garnered significant media attention, particularly given the rumours about McMahon’s sexuality.

Why didn't she heal her hubby?
Sounds like a MAHA kook, and if they were Scienos on top of it...yikes.
