Brownstone is developing "Crush" for Peacock, a series co-produced by UCP and Universal Television inspired by the 1995 episode of "The Jenny Jones Show" titled "Revealing Same-Sex Secret Crushes."
Are you going to watch Crush: The Jenny Jones Story?

Did they ever air the episode?

I'll watch it. The killer was hot. The victim was fug. I do think something more was going on with them that never came out. Maybe some occasional DL drunk blowjobs.

R2, first of all, this is a drama series, not a documentary. Second, all three went back after the show and fucked each other.

I actually preferred her show to all the other trashy ones airing around that time. I liked Jenny. She didn't handle the scandal very well, however. She was kind of a bitch about the whole thing. The killer's been out of prison for some time now, right?

Was it the show itself or Amedure leaving a suggestive note on his doorstep afterward that set Schmit off? Murder is never justified.
That was a really bad move on Amedure’s part.

This is SUCH a Peacock show.

I know it's a drama series, r3. Just like the recent Menendez show. What led you to believe that I thought it was documentary?
by Anonymous | reply 7 | July 9, 2025 9:59 PM |
R7, you thought the guy was hot but have no idea what the actor playing him will look like. The guy wasn’t hot, btw.

OP, this article is from 2021. Not happening.

He was redneck trailer park hot, but that's just my opinion.

I remember thinkIng that Amedure, the victim, had a look twenty years out of style at that point.

Will she be making donuts or chicken pot pie? They're my favorites.

It would depend on whether it had a decent showrunner or was given the Lifetime treatment.

I preferred Leeza. Hell, I preferred Mother Love from “Forgive or Forget”.

FAG.
FAG.
TARD HOSTESS.

I like her YouTube cooking videos.

R16 Her YouTube content is surprisingly good and some of it (her bread recipe) went viral.

Didn't she support the killer using the gay panic defense? Every time I saw her talk about it, she seemed to shrug the murder off with no sympathy for the victim, more interested in pleading innocence and playing victim herself.

Mo Collins did a great job with Jenny and the vapid stupidity of her show.

I, uh, I uh, I had a pretty good facelift, huh guys?
I, uh, well, I sure do feel bad about that, uh, that uh, poor queer fella.
😁

I still think Jonathan and Amedure hooked up after having drinks and Scott got freaked out by it. Hence the extreme reaction and shooting. He couldn't handle the guilt and shame of enjoying gay sex. Poor guy, Amedure that is. Screw Jonny.

Oops meant Jonathan got freaked out by it.

Wasn’t she always high as fuck on the show? Or was it Colin and insanity?
by Anonymous | reply 23 | July 10, 2025 10:47 PM |
This show was nowhere near as good as Ricki Lake.
