I seriously hope the racketeering charge comes back guilty. Life in prison is possible.

MSNBC = Diddy being emotional in court ahead of the verdict. Lawyers trying to calm him down...His brats and Mommy in the courtroom.

The first charge, which is racketeering, is the one where the jury has been unable to reach a verdict. Reportedly, there may be one male on the jury who cannot be moved on this most serious of all the charges.
A verdict has been reached on counts two, three and four. The judge is considering requesting that the jury go back and try to reach a verdict on the racketeering charge.

Honest Question = Have any jurors made any large deposits lately? LoL

Is it safe to assume that his career is basically fucked, even if the jury is hung on the racketeering charge?
So hard to keep up with the kinds of shit that gets a pass from the general public these days.

R6, it looks like he’s going to prison no matter what. The dispute over the RICO charge would come up only if they found him guilty of the other charges.

All I'm concerned about is a pair of his ENYCE camo shorts won't sell for me on eBay..

TRUMP PARDON FORTHCOMING......Wait for it. He loves to pardon guilty people. He will do it for "the blacks".
by Anonymous | reply 9 | July 1, 2025 9:25 PM |
Apologies for not keeping up with this trial, but has he been charged under state laws or federal?
by Anonymous | reply 10 | July 1, 2025 9:26 PM |
Thr RICO charge was a stretch anyway.

I predict Diddy will immediately spend 20 million on Trump Crypto. And be released by Thanksgiving. Not kidding.

R14. Stop your goddamn attempt to derail a very relevant, topical and newsworthy thread.
Fucking killjoy.

GUILTY....

I wish the Judge allowed cameras in the courtroom for the verdict. I would be great seeing the tears of Diddy when he realizes he's going to prison.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | July 1, 2025 10:44 PM |
No verdict today. Jurors sent back and will continue to deliberate tomorrow morning.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | July 1, 2025 11:03 PM |
Trump will absolutely pardon him.

Those aren't tears, he's just going through baby oil withdrawal.

down to a cellular level, to my core DNA, I honestly do not have the capacity to care less about this asshole, his crimes, his punishments, nor anything to do with him.

I was actually upset when I realized R Kelly was a deranged pervert because I loved his music but giving up Diddys music has been a piece of cake

[bold] THEORY I have had for decades [/bold] = NO ONE profited more from Biggies death than Diddy. Just sayin'.

Yes - it sounds like he'll be found guilty on 4 charges but not racketeering.
I haven't followed this case much so I don't know how this impacted some people's lives - but nobody put a gun to your head to do a freak-off.
Regret and not getting the fame you thought you'd get is not a crime.
If he did do people wrong - probable wrong, not just "I felt forced to suck a dick" - then I retract what I said. But a lot of this case felt like people willing to do whatever to be close to fame or that it would take them somewhere for free. It never does.
but nobody put a gun to your head to do a freak-off.
No just some big black guy beating the crap out of you on a hotel cam in the hallway as you try to escape. But yeah, no gun involved so that makes it ok?
by Anonymous | reply 28 | July 2, 2025 3:06 AM |
R28 - but domestic violence wasn't a charge. It was RICO, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.
Absolutely he should have been charged for that video - but that's not what this case is about.
but nobody put a gun to your head to do a freak-off.
Isn't Diddy known for pulling guns on people and dangling them off balconies?
by Anonymous | reply 30 | July 2, 2025 3:11 AM |
Nobody here cares anything about this ditty character. He does not matter in our world as we try to save our union.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | July 2, 2025 4:08 AM |
but domestic violence wasn't a charge.
Because it was NOT a domestic quarrel you dumbass. It was pure violence and intimidation as well a crossing state lines with that. Which makes it sex trafficking if you intimidate or coarse someone to do that for sex.
