Oh, dear.

by Anonymousreply 1June 27, 2025 1:02 AM

Both Cuomos are such creeps.

by Anonymousreply 2June 27, 2025 1:19 AM

How does he feel about Zohra Lampert?

by Anonymousreply 3June 27, 2025 1:21 AM

Never forget the father was the one who campaigned against Ed Koch “ vote for Cuomo, not the homo”

by Anonymousreply 4June 27, 2025 1:39 AM

R3, he wants to scare her to death.

by Anonymousreply 5June 27, 2025 1:47 AM
r5 = [R3], he wants to scare her to death.

Don't we all?

by Anonymousreply 7June 27, 2025 1:55 AM

He's not the first, the second, or the thousandth to be disappointed by the casual anti-Semitism cheered by the left these days.

It's sickening.

by Anonymousreply 8June 27, 2025 2:20 AM

Zohran Mamdani is NOT ant-semiotic. But Cuomo sure shows his islamaphobia on display.

by Anonymousreply 9June 27, 2025 3:15 AM

So, a Muslim being even nominated is somehow anti-Semitic, r8?

Will wonders never cease...

by Anonymousreply 10June 27, 2025 3:18 AM

Well, it's back to his right wing lite podcast.

by Anonymousreply 11June 27, 2025 3:20 AM

Suck it, Fredo.

by Anonymousreply 12June 27, 2025 3:24 AM

He needs to start putting out

by Anonymousreply 13June 27, 2025 3:26 AM

Chris Cuomo was such a fake moderate progressive on CNN. I knew that whole BROMANCE with Lemon was not a real thing. It was quite nauseating to watch. Not surprised he's showing his true colors now.

by Anonymousreply 14June 27, 2025 3:32 AM
Zohran Mamdani is NOT ant-semiotic. But Cuomo sure shows his islamaphobia on display.

You do know they’d love to throw you off a roof and light your corpse on fire while dancing, right?

by Anonymousreply 15June 27, 2025 4:05 AM

R15 You do know your silly islamaphobia is on display right? I know a few "American Christians" who do the same if they had the chance.

by Anonymousreply 16June 27, 2025 4:10 AM

Let's Get After It!

Stupidest name for a "news" show ever.

by Anonymousreply 17June 27, 2025 4:20 AM
[R15] You do know your silly islamaphobia is on display right? I know a few "American Christians" who do the same if they had the chance.

That would be a yes.

Today’s Democrats are such masochists. Especially the gay ones, who value their woke bona fides more than their own safety.

You should move to northern Michigan where I’m sure they’d welcome you with open arms. 🔥

by Anonymousreply 18June 27, 2025 4:38 AM

What does any of this have to do with Zohran, we are not living in the middle-east, he's an American. He's pro LGBTQ.

[bold]"New York City must be a refuge for LGBTQIA+ people, but private institutions in our own city have already started capitulating to Trump's assault on trans rights," - Zohran Mamdani

by Anonymousreply 19June 27, 2025 4:42 AM

r10 is using a very poor straw man argument to delight the non-thinkers.

Yawn.

by Anonymousreply 20June 27, 2025 4:49 AM

Talk is cheap, accusations are false, fear mongering from one issue haters is plentiful. lets look at a few of Zohran's voting record:

[bold]Authorizes Constitutional Referendum Prohibiting Discrimination on Basis of Sexual Orientation - VOTED YES

Requires LGBT Training for Home Health Aides - VOTED YES

Requires Utilities to Allow Customers to Use Their Preferred Name and Pronouns - VOTED YES

Repeals Previous Law Prohibiting Loitering While Engaging in Sex Work - VOTED YES

by Anonymousreply 21June 27, 2025 4:52 AM

He's obviously not a conservative Muslim. Is he observant at all? Just curious.

by Anonymousreply 22June 27, 2025 4:52 AM

Mamdani's proposal would create an [bold]800 percent increase in funding for hate crime prevention programs, “because ultimately we cannot simply say that antisemitism has no home in this city or no place in this country. We have to do more than talk about it. [/bold] We have to tackle it, and that's what we will do through this funding and through this commitment, we will root out bigotry across the five boroughs.”

by Anonymousreply 23June 27, 2025 4:55 AM
Requires Utilities to Allow Customers to Use Their Preferred Name and Pronouns - VOTED YES

Performative bullshit for unimportant, toxic “issues.” This is why we lose elections.

It’s not 2021 anymore.

by Anonymousreply 24June 27, 2025 4:55 AM

Not all Muslims are conservative R22, just like not all Catholics are Republican. Zohran was raised in Queens, NY not Afghanistan.

by Anonymousreply 25June 27, 2025 4:57 AM

Maybe if Mamdani wants to decrease anti-Semitic hate crimes he should stop blathering on with his anti-Israel rhetoric, which foments anti-Semitism in others.

by Anonymousreply 26June 27, 2025 4:59 AM

Well r24, your comments are even more performative because those votes were not proposes he just made up, it's his past voting record as a New York State Representative. Should he have voted no just to satisfy your opinion? If the answer is yes, take your MAGA BS somewhere else.

by Anonymousreply 27June 27, 2025 5:00 AM
Well [R24], your comments are even more performative because those votes were not proposes he just made up, it's his past voting record as a New York State Representative. Should he have voted no just to satisfy your opinion? If the answer is yes, take your MAGA BS somewhere else.

“I know you are but what am I.” 🙄

Such a predictable simpleton, R27. Anyone not lockstep with every element and demand of the looney left is “MAGA” or a “Nazi.”

The irony being, of course, that you’re just as ignorant and hateful as they are.

Everyone laughs at you once your back is turned, you know that right? As well they should.

by Anonymousreply 28June 27, 2025 5:06 AM

Being critical of Israel does not make you anti-Semitism. Why can you not get that through your head? There are many people who can see with their own eyes that the AMOUNT of killing Israel is doing at this point to their neighbor is 10x what they had the right to do after the October 7th attack. 56,000 people dead vs 1,000? It's genocide from people who themselves claim they were the victims of such events. It's not a left/right thing, it's a blatant fact to anyone who is not picking a side. Most people can see this.

by Anonymousreply 29June 27, 2025 5:07 AM

Correction: it's more like 50 to 1. I think Israel made their point. At this point it IS genocide. Prove me wrong.

by Anonymousreply 30June 27, 2025 5:11 AM

The name Zohran sounds like a 1930s comicbook antagonist.

by Anonymousreply 31June 27, 2025 6:58 AM
Zohran Mamdani is NOT ant-semiotic

Oh, dear, and yes he is. He wouldn’t sign on to Holocaust Remembrance Day, wouldn’t say that the Jewish homeland has a right to exist, and keeps calling for the intifada. He’s an antisemitic piece of shit and Islam is anti-Western culture. It’s a cancer and is dangerous.
h, dear, and yes he is. He wouldn’t sign on to Holocaust Remembrance Day, wouldn’t say that the Jewish homeland has a right to exist, and keeps calling for the intifada

OH for F's Sake. Why should he? The same people who want him to sign that back a country committing genocide right now as we speak. 50,000 people is GENOCIDE. No way around that. Come back and claim antisemitism when they stop the killing of thousands men women and innocent children. Not everyone is Palestine is Hamas. Sorry that's an inconvenient truth for you.

by Anonymousreply 36June 27, 2025 9:41 AM
keeps calling for the intifada

[bold]FALSE.[/bold] He has never called for that. Provide a link or I call BS. You really do want to twist facts. Here is what actually has happened:

"In January, I told my Assembly staff not to co-sponsor any resolutions that were emailed to our office,” he said. “It had nothing to do with the content of the resolution. But I understand this has caused pain and confusion for many. …[bold] I have voted every year for the Holocaust Remembrance Day Resolution, including this year, to honor the more than six million Jewish people murdered by the Nazis"

by Anonymousreply 37June 27, 2025 9:47 AM
You cannot be Muslim and not be conservative. It is nothing like Christianity.

What an uneducated answer. All 2 billion Muslims are conservative? You never heard of American Islamic Forum for Democracy? Recognition of Israel, separation of church and state, etc. Yes, American, where we live as does Zohran. Maybe try a little research before you spew such hate and ill informed judgment.

by Anonymousreply 38June 27, 2025 9:57 AM

Young progressives are a significant part of the Democratic Party now, and they’re not going anywhere. So the Party leadership will have to figure how their pro-Islam views can co-exist with the Jewish population who are also a significant part of the Democratic base.

by Anonymousreply 39June 27, 2025 10:08 AM

R39 is correct. Times are changing, RHINOs of the Democratic party need to accept the fact that younger people do not see the world the same way they do. Zohran is a man of the people, not a man of the Billionaire class. That's what the Democratic party used to be.

by Anonymousreply 40June 27, 2025 10:54 AM

It's not just young people though. He wouldn't have won if that were just the case. We won voters under 50.

by Anonymousreply 41June 27, 2025 11:28 AM

I have ONE thing to say: Where the dick pics at?

by Anonymousreply 42June 27, 2025 11:33 AM

I don't know about the anti-semitism part (I think anyone who criticizes the Israeli government is considered anti-semitic), but the larger concern is that people like are incapable of governing & they surround themselves with equally ideological idiots (like De Blasio). The mayor of DC - while not perfect - seems to have mastered the ability to lead in a common sense way without indulging in corruption & cronyism like her predecessors.

by Anonymousreply 43June 27, 2025 11:39 AM

I’m seeing so many anti-Muslim posts from the right since Mamdani win the primary—much of it aimed at Jews.

All to scare people. Just the typical racism and Islamophobia

It’s becoming so frequently that it will backfire

by Anonymousreply 44June 27, 2025 11:41 AM

How DARE anyone criticize Israel!

by Anonymousreply 45June 27, 2025 11:42 AM

The ridiculous fear mongering in this thread is out of control!

Young voters, including some older ones, are absolutely SICK of the bullshit spewed on this thread & elsewhere on social media. They’re sick of war after war after war. They’re sick of seeing devastation & injustice on the news 24/7, including real life events, such as ICE showing up in their neighborhoods, who then snatch their family members & those in their communities, including actual American citizens who were born & raised in the United States, just because they look Hispanic.

Many of our youth cannot even afford to purchase their first home. They get out of college heavily in debt, or they serve in our armed forces in order to eventually afford an education & a home, only to get out and come back home, finding that our current administration have decided to gut the VA.

They don’t want a ‘Big, Beautiful’ tax bill. They want what their parents and grandparents have/had: a decent & livable wage, a house, a car, perhaps a partner/spouse, & a couple of kids.

What’s wrong with wanting security and stability? Absolutely NOTHING.

Those wants and needs are becoming unattainable for far too many, so bitch, complain, & fear monger all you want, but keep in mind that this type of voting pattern will not be an isolated incident, & the youth will rise up and vote in line with their own values, needs and wants, & this race in New York is definitely a game changer & eventually, no amount of xenophobia will stop the people from getting what they want, and who will vote accordingly, just like we ALL did before them.

The Islamophobes in this thread can fuck right off, btw. Muslims and Jews BOTH have a right to exist, & stating this doesn’t make me a fucking anti-Semite, and technically it cannot, as both Palestinian & Israeli Jews are Semitic people.

by Anonymousreply 46June 27, 2025 1:09 PM

I just don't think he will be able to govern effectively, plain and simple - not NYC. He's too young and will be learning on the job and NYC is a behemoth. Time will tell.
OH for F's Sake. Why should he?

by Anonymousreply 48June 27, 2025 1:37 PM

Zohran Mamdani earned a Bachelor's Degree in Africana Studies from Bowdoin College in 2014. He also graduated from the Bronx High School of Science.

by Anonymousreply 49June 27, 2025 1:38 PM

This is why Zohran Mamdani won. He's a modern, educated American with a sense of humor who not only knows how to communicate, but understands and empathizes with the plight of working class Americans. I sincerely hope the Democratic Party is taking notes.

by Anonymousreply 57June 27, 2025 10:56 PM

The old and tired MAGAs are genuinely out of touch. I talk to young people everyday from all over, & I’m telling you, this administration is a GIFT to the democrats, because Gen Z ain’t buying one single iota of what the Republicans are currently selling.

You push any group of people too far? They’re gonna come out swinging.

Gen Z is pissed, and righteously so.

But PLEASE keep tearing this country apart, & all of you old school conservatives & MAGA are going to see how many young people feel all of this shit has gone too far, because the American youth are NOT EVER going to overwhelmingly vote for a MAGA or some old republican.

Stay in denial, conservatives. The voting booths will be saturated with first time voters and those who didn’t show up in 2024. Mamdani’s win is indicative that people are sick and tired of all of you, so democratic centrists should also be on notice.

It is over. Can’t wait to see it! 🇺🇸

I love when the "They'll throw you a roof!" troll appears, as he does (inevitably) at r15.

He hysterically believes all Muslims everywhere think day or night only about when they can at last get the chance to fling gay men and lesbians off towers.

by Anonymousreply 65June 28, 2025 4:37 PM

Isn't it funny how the Islamaphobes never want to debate the facts and always come back to assuming every Muslims is a terrorist that's about to throw you off a roof or some other form of violence as a scare tactic when in fact no gays have ever been killed by Muslims in THIS COUNTRY by their roof top scare tactic.

by Anonymousreply 66June 30, 2025 9:56 PM

I find it rich how people are so willing to call Zohran a terrorist based on nothing but his skin color, yet are never willing to call out MAGA for being a terrorist movement despite umpteen examples that that’s exactly what it is.

I guess "by their roof top scare tactic" is the operative phrase. Technically he's right, but....

Japan here, Hiroshima ring a bell? Your "it had to be done" excuse was mass murder by all accounts. Americans hold the title of the biggest mass murder in history of men, women and children. 70,000 to 140,000 dead in one day. FACT.

by Anonymousreply 77July 1, 2025 11:18 PM

Chris' girthy, lengthy VPL -- and his inability to resist giving it a little tease on a livestream -- are the only things about him that interest me at this point.

His ego and sense of entitlement have already cost him his career at a major (albeit, declining) news organization and their (also declining) peer outlets. Since then, he's shown zero remorse over his conflict of interest scandal and just dialed up the MAGA-lite commentary to try to stay relevant on what Keith Olbermann referred to today as the "Nick at Nite" version of cable news, News Nation. All Chris is good for now is the fantasy of a dirty, verbal, athletic muscle daddy hate fuck.

Hats off to the relentless cock whores over at LPSG who shared these.

R76 Hiroshima happened in Japan

by Anonymousreply 80July 2, 2025 8:17 AM

R75 I was arguing this statement made by a poster above that is categorically false:
fact no gays have ever been killed by Muslims in THIS COUNTRY.

And I said it’s ONE of the biggest, not THE biggest. Actually the Orlando Pulse night club shooting is described as:
The shooting was the deadliest terrorist attack in the United States since the September 11 attacks, and the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history until the 2017 Las Vegas shooting.

by Anonymousreply 81July 2, 2025 8:23 AM

So basically, to put a bow on this particular argument, you can’t say no gay person as ever been killed by a Muslim in THIS COUNTRY, when in fact one of the largest mass murders in US history was committed by a Muslim who was targeting gay people.

by Anonymousreply 82July 2, 2025 8:31 AM

Wait, Zohran did the Pulse shooting? Religion of peace, indeed! Can you say flawed candidate?

by Anonymousreply 83July 2, 2025 8:36 AM
fact one of the largest mass murders in US history was committed by a Muslim who was targeting gay people.

So, by your logic the Roman Catholics in this country are even more dangerous since the Oklahoma City bombing was done by Timothy McVeigh, a white vet raised in Roman Catholic tradition. I mean, it's not like Christians throughout history have a clean record of violence.

Therefore, by your simpleton logic, we should never put a Roman Catholic in office, as you never know when they might go back too their roots.

by Anonymousreply 84July 2, 2025 9:31 AM

A land invasion of Japan would've cost an estimated 1 million American lives and many more Japanese lives than were killed by the atomic bombs. The numbers were unacceptable, the bombs had to be used to finally put an end to the war.

People like r84 is so F’ing dense. I am 100% sure they’re the type of person who talks incessantly and never listens to the point you have to repeat yourself three or four times before your words finally permeate their thick skull.

I was responding to a poster who said Muslims have never killed any gays in the United States.

They have - big time.

by Anonymousreply 90July 2, 2025 10:34 PM

This is definitely a “don’t piss on my leg and tell me it’s raining” scenario. People are so eager to defend it, they overlook the obvious.

Out of all the 5 major religions that people of all colors practice around the world, Islam lends itself THE MOST to extremism. More so than Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, even Christianity. Muslim nations by far have the harshest punishments for gays (death in some) and the harshest restrictions for women. You can spin that anyway you want. It’s the truth and we all know it.
