Unfortunately, what I DO hate about this guy, is that despite his seemingly noble intentions, he's just like any other greedy real estate flipper.
He's basically trying to sell an outhouse in the middle nowhere, for nearly $300,000.
And if you look at the sale history of the property, this guy is motivated by nothing but greed:
2025 Listing: $285,000
2021 Listing: $80,000
2013 Listing: $51,000
2008 Listing: $46,000
This is exactly what is wrong with the real estate market today. PURE GREED.

He spends nearly 10 minutes discussing many of the reasons why it's hard to live in such a remote location, and then proceeds to link to his Zillow listing showing a +256% increase over the last sale of the property in 2021

The problem with this logic is if you've been burned badly before, by both close family and certain friends, it doesn't take much of that to retreat forever. That shit is painful. I'm still not over my brother and I disassociating. It hurt as much as the end of a romantic relationship would. Why go there again?
