She realized calling the USA the greatest country on Earth when doing an interview with an Israeli TV news station was poor form, so she added that extra part with a smile to try and make up for it. That’s is a sensible analysis. It does highlight the idiocy of calling any country the greatest on earth. The commonplace belief among Americans that America is is the greatest is at the root of many of our current problems.
