I told someone that I pay $150 a month for the two and they were shocked. Apparently they pay over $250. I don’t have cable, so that of course saves me. I’m a bit shocked by how much people pay for their internet and phone services in the US.
How much do you pay for internet and phone service?

$86.51/mo for two lines and unlimited phone, text, and data from Verizon
$212/mo for cable and internet for WiFi, four televisions, two hardwired desktops and a landline phone from Xfinity. We never use the landline but the bundles cost more otherwise. MLB Network’s the only premium service.
That’s almost $300 a month we pay now for things that were almost free (the phone bill was $7 or $8 then) when I was kid.

I pay $54 USD for unlimited data and phonecalls for my mobile service and I hotspot my devices and TV off my mobile. But I'm not in the US so I don't suppose it counts.

€74/month ($85 USD):
* 2 separate numbers and mobile service lines, unlimited calls and data in Europe
* 1GB internet service
* 140 channels analog TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and some film streaming services included
I opted for a premium provider, not one of the low-cost sub-contracted providers, so I might have paid less. But super fast and absolutely trouble free for 6 years now.
