I don't know that this would hold up under legal scrutiny. Child porn has always been an easy exception to the First Amendment because a child's right to live their lives without being sexually abused outweighs someone else's First Amendment right to produce or distribute or possess it. But if AI can produce fictional images of people who never existed doing things which never happened, then what legally sustainable distinction can be made between this and a copy of "Scarface" or "Silence of the Lambs"? Yes, its disgusting and abhorrent, but some would say the same about those movies, or sexually suggestive music.
