Philadelphia about to hit 100 degrees for the first time since 2012!

The Philly subway smells even better when the city workers spray the cement walkways& walls with the disinfectant they use to clean the subways. It smells like generic Lysol, homeless piss& sweat, decay and death.

Seattle uses a cherry scented disinfectant; it’s how I know if we’re expecting sportsball traffic.

People are going to die. There are a lot of elderly and poor people living in old rowhomes with no AC. Lots of heat stroke too, which is a very awful experience. I had it once and I felt sick for days.

Philly summers are the worst. The humidity is disgusting.

No one smells the subway until they live near it or are in it.

I like Philadelphia a lot but a thread about it's weather forecast. Philadelphia might be taking over DL as the preeminent metro area. At least it's better than constant NYC and Manhattan threads or ones that turn into BYC threads.

Our Philadelphia is more beautiful and less shitty than my Chicago and they do experience Chicago’s weather. It’s not for weak people.

Of course, you could move to Portland or Seattle - you will enjoy weather of yesteryear. Of course, Seattle gives you every season every day. If you’re derpy like me, you’ll love it.
