“Chucky” doll traumatizes woman, activating her vitiligo

On one hand, terrorizing someone with a phobia is a shitty thing to do, and the bank deserves to be penalized for it. On the other hand, if her issues are so severe they are keeping her from meeting her job duties, she probably shouldn't be in that particular spot. It's one thing to say, "Accommodate my wheelchair and I'll work as hard as anyone else," and another to say, "Even though I can't read, you should be forced to hire me as a proofreader because ain't it sad that I can't read?"

This supposedly happened at the end of her training and then she went on (paid?) leave for 8 weeks over it?
Then she kept skipping out to see therapists during her first 2 months of work?
I would have let her go during her 90 day probation period. She's abusing the system and is histrionic and taking one incident and spinning it out of control.
Fuck her.
