As stated in another thread, Trump is likely on one or more blood thinners because his arteries are full of McDonalds food. He’s also probably having blood draws and/or IV infusions via veins on the top of his hands. Every needle stick can cause large, long-lasting hematomas (bruises), which would certainly be accompanied by leakage of plasma from blood vessels (=edema) into the top of his hand.

If he were to have a systemic edema problem, and if it was not accompanied by complete kidney failure, then a diuretic like Lasix and enough diapers to hold all the urine might take care of it.
