“I Know What You Did Last Summer” looks like shit

It looks ridiculously awful.

Didn't they already make this film in 1997 and it was a big hit?

by Anonymousreply 1June 18, 2025 8:47 AM

I mean...the first two weren't Silence of the Lambs, Op.

by Anonymousreply 2June 18, 2025 11:24 AM

Eh, looks fine for what it is

by Anonymousreply 3June 18, 2025 11:35 AM

It looks lifeless.

Bad acting.

by Anonymousreply 5June 18, 2025 2:57 PM

So the same exact thing happens to them in the same exact place from the first movie?

by Anonymousreply 6June 18, 2025 5:23 PM

[quote]Bad acting.

It’s not like the first one had Oscar caliber performances.

by Anonymousreply 7June 18, 2025 5:28 PM

The first was still fun and SMG was iconic in it. It would have actually been better without the random Max kill. But still not terrible.

I Still Know… was trash and messy but I liked Brandy and Mekhi Phifer.

This one looks really really bad.

The first one is only noteworthy for having most of the big late-90s young stars in the cast. It's not a good movie.

by Anonymousreply 9June 19, 2025 12:04 AM

The original was silly.

I loved how it’s a tiny town but they have enough people preparing for the pageant presentation as if it were a Broadway show.

by Anonymousreply 10June 19, 2025 12:42 AM

Weird that they created a YouTube channel just for the film.

Aren't trailers usually released under the studio's channel?

by Anonymousreply 11June 19, 2025 12:44 AM

Jennifer Love is back! I bet the audience will cheer when she turns around.
