If you took a holiday and some time to celebrate, where would you travel and what would you celebrate?

I think I'd go to remote beach on an island in the Med with a cool breeze and sip cocktails and celebrate the 20th anniversary of The Comeback.

What about you?

Another round-the-world cruise to celebrate my 75th birthday, his 77th, or our 45th anniversary.

Any more holidays and any more celebrations?

and to answer your question I would like to visit the ksour (fortified towns) of the M'zab Valley in Algeria's Sahara Desert. To celebrate my retirement, what better way than to experience another world on this earth. It's not all that safe to do, but I would hire guides and find a way. If it seems too impossible then Siwa Oasis in Egypt, off season.

I'd like to go to NYC for my 35th birthday and spend the entire day having hookups and go to a bathhouse every night.

Venice, Italy, for a week during their annual pre-Lent Carnevale celebrations and masked galas, to celebrate my eventual post-retirement freedom and life.

I think Florence again, but the thing is, I went with my late husband the first time. Could I stand it alone? I'm not sure, but still, I think that if I ever travel outside the country again, I think that would be it.
