As a longtime enthusiast of Michfest threads here, I listened to Lisa Vogel’s memoir on Audible earlier this year. It’s about 50% longer than it needs to be, but it definitely scratched an itch. It confirms a lot of the bizarre lore that I’ve encountered on DL about boundaries and fat womyn on garbage duty and the Brother Sun gulag. There is, I shit you not, a chapter titled “Cilantro”.

How are they going to avoid traffic lines on the road? Even if everybody is sitting in town waiting to arrive, when it’s time to open the gates, everybody will descend en masse.

I don't get it; you can't form a line of cars to get in but have to wait somewhere else. What is the magical signal that tells you when it's time to approach the entrance without that causing you to form a line? Do you take a number?
