Nicholas Alexander Chavez covers the latest issue of Esquire Singapore

No shade but has like one facial expression. I do feel this is the best he’s looked since last fall though.

Most of them are too bright and the pedo stache is too light compared to the hair, making him look like a catfish.

by Anonymousreply 10June 9, 2025 7:48 AM

Yikes bad stache.

by Anonymousreply 11June 9, 2025 7:51 AM

Zzzzzzzz.

The interview

It’s funny that he always makes the same face in modeling shots because if you’ve seen him act you know his face is crazy expressive.

by Anonymousreply 14June 10, 2025 1:37 AM

When he acts you can see him acting.

by Anonymousreply 15June 10, 2025 1:38 AM

I feel like he’s one of the only actors of his generation who knows how to use his voice as an instrument while fully physically inhabiting a role and making bold choices. So many his age are shoegazey, mumblecore Jacob Elordi types.

by Anonymousreply 16June 10, 2025 1:54 AM

R16 give an example of this.

Can tell that our crazy anti-NAC troll is filling up this thread because I have him blocked and I can’t see half the posts.

by Anonymousreply 19June 10, 2025 7:02 PM

Who?

by Anonymousreply 20June 10, 2025 7:06 PM

Why isn't he getting any American magazine covers just overseas magazines? I would think he's fan base and recognition would be in the States.

I don't like moustache.

by Anonymousreply 21June 10, 2025 7:16 PM

Nicholas Alexander Chavez's wig covers his head in the latest issue of Esquire Singapore.

fixed for stan OP

by Anonymousreply 22June 10, 2025 8:31 PM

I wanna ride his face.

by Anonymousreply 23June 10, 2025 8:32 PM

R21 nope. Most of his fans are foreign. The majority come from Latin countries. He’s massively popular in places like Brazil and Portugal and Colombia.

In the states he isn’t nearly as popular.

by Anonymousreply 24June 10, 2025 11:44 PM

You mean like David Hasselhoff in Germany and Latoya Jackson in Sweden?

by Anonymousreply 25June 10, 2025 11:56 PM

r16 Seek help

by Anonymousreply 26June 11, 2025 12:01 AM

R25 there have been many celebs who Hollywood tried making happen but their fame either didn’t take off but here or they were just bigger overseas.

Kylie Minogue is another example. She is known in the states but she’s much bigger in Australia and the UK. The singer Anastasia too. Hollywood tried making her a thing but she flopped here, but was popular in the UK. Nicole Scherzinger as a solo artist as well.

by Anonymousreply 27June 11, 2025 12:02 AM

R26 especially because none of that is true. Austin Butler can act circles around this kid.

by Anonymousreply 28June 11, 2025 12:02 AM

Why is this little slut all bundled up? Does he want to be taken seriously as an actor?

by Anonymousreply 29June 11, 2025 12:05 AM

R29 yes. Read his interviews. All pretentious nonsense.

by Anonymousreply 30June 11, 2025 12:11 AM

I just don’t find him as attractive as people claim. He looks hot while in character for shows but not that hot in real life

by Anonymousreply 32June 11, 2025 2:47 AM

She's no ...

They call him Cuban Pete.

He's the king of the rumba beat.

When he plays the maracas

He goes chick-chicky-boom, chick-chicky boom!

by Anonymousreply 34June 12, 2025 3:04 PM

He’s 1/4th Cuban (paternal grandmother) 1/4th Mexican (paternal grandfather)

His mom is a white ginger.

by Anonymousreply 35June 12, 2025 4:51 PM

Look at the contrived poses, always highlighting the CARTIER watch. He is nothing but a hand model. I hope he got paid well for shilling.

by Anonymousreply 36June 12, 2025 6:49 PM

He’s an ambassador for Cartier but this wasn’t a Cartier ad. No need for him to do all this.

He isn’t good at modeling.

by Anonymousreply 37June 12, 2025 6:57 PM

He's not much of an actor, but he is a gorgeous, gorgeous man.

by Anonymousreply 38June 12, 2025 6:58 PM

I don’t see gorgeous in any of those photos.

Cute, yes.

by Anonymousreply 39June 12, 2025 7:01 PM

À chacun son gout, r39.

by Anonymousreply 40June 12, 2025 9:09 PM

R36, all actors get paid to endorse fashion brands in magazine spreads and on red carpets. That’s…how the business works.

by Anonymousreply 41June 13, 2025 7:35 PM

R41 this photoshoot wasn’t an ad campaign. This was an interview. The brands dress the celebs for these type of shoots but don’t pay them. They get paid for the campaigns.

by Anonymousreply 42June 13, 2025 7:37 PM

R42, fashion magazines feature their advertisers in editorial all the time. NAC is a Cartier ambassador. Cartier is an Esquire advertiser. Ergo, Esquire features NAC on the cover of one of its international titles.

by Anonymousreply 43June 13, 2025 7:55 PM

R43 yes but he was asked to do an interview. That’s Esquire SINGAPORE btw. Let’s make it clear. Like all the magazines, their foreign counterparts are run by different people etc.

An actor doesn’t get paid to do this.

by Anonymousreply 44June 13, 2025 8:00 PM

R43 you said GET PAID. Not simply featured.

by Anonymousreply 45June 13, 2025 8:00 PM

Paid by Cartier, pedant at R44, to rep the brand in various media.

by Anonymousreply 46June 13, 2025 8:02 PM

R46 he was paid by Cartier when he signed the contract. He wasn’t paid for this single spread. They don’t get paid per photoshoot etc. they sign a contract and they have to do promotions etc. from that point on. Until the contract is up. This isn’t an hourly gig.

Now you’re trying to switch it up. Babe, stop engaging with educated people if you’re gonna try playing games.

by Anonymousreply 47June 13, 2025 8:06 PM

No one said he was paid to appear in this magazine feature. Anywhere. On the thread.

Why is this thread full of the angriest, most psychotic posters?

by Anonymousreply 48June 13, 2025 8:12 PM

R47, we are saying the same thing. I’m sorry your severe autism spectrum disorder prevents you from understanding the meaning even though it was phrased differently.
