TCM Programming Blocked?

All films and programming are blocked on YouTubeTV and other platforms. Anyone see any different?

Must be another "licensing issue" (aka "money grab.") TCM is mandatory for me; if they lose access to it, I'll go back to cable. Supposedly Hulu+ is having the same issue.
