The killer was driving recklessly on a Texas lake, and when 18 year old Ava Moore tried to get away from the jet ski, she was struck and killed on the lake.
Ava died shortly after, but the killer - Daikerlyn Gonzalez - who was in this country illegally, fled the scene with another person who was in this country illegally, Maikel Perozo.
Both were apprehended a few days later.

She entered the Air Force Academy as a minor and graduated at 18? Why doesn't this sound illogical to the OP? Is the OP even from the United States?
