Brooke Shields turns 60 today

I was once walking down past where she was starring in The Adams Family on Broadway.

From a distance I thought look at that huge drag queen standing there signing autographs.

As I got closer and realized what theater I was passing I realized the huge drag queen with the big hair was Brooke.

Brooke Shields hasn’t had plastic surgery, which is why she appears to have “aged terribly“ to OP.

She looks fine. She’s not as beautiful as she was, but who is? She’s been through a lot and seems like a nice person.

It's 2025 - there are plenty of options available to her without going 'under the knife'. There are enough people out there today that look like they have had no work done, even though they have, since their mid-50s and beyond.

Right now, for a 60 year old celebrity once known for her beauty, she looks like she's been ridden hard and hung wet.

She looks very hard, and there are things she could do to lessen that, like doing more of a side part or cutting a little bang. She could also lighten her eyebrows a shade and pluck a few hairs underneath to raise them off her brow bone or create a less straight line.

I think she looks fine and like that she’s not gone down the plastic surgery aisle at Rodeo Drive, but softening the brows and lightening up the hair would do wonders for her.

Shields was the most beautiful girl then most beautiful woman in any room, not the hottest and it's ok to move on from that at as a 60 yo!

She was made to look and aggressively marketed as soft and supple and fuckable at age 12.

Maybe at age 60, she enjoys releasing the last vestiges of that supremely fucked up adolescence.

And she looks fine. We all change as we age. Some put all the resources into fighting it; others have different, perhaps more realistic and less narcissistic, priorities.

Plus, she has two daughters. I think she's very careful about making sure they understand their worth isn't based on how they look . If she was getting her face yanked around by cutting it up it would send them a different message.

The space between her brows and her eyes has somehow diminished. She’s always had thick eyebrows but they appear to have moved downward. I don’t know if that’s associated with normal aging or if it’s a side-effect of some sort of procedure.

I've heard just the opposite when she was on Broadway in 'Wonderful Town' about 20 years ago. Heard stories from my friends who worked behind the scenes. She was not a pleasure to work with - to anyone. They heard the same stories a few years later when she joined 'Addams Family'.

There's no denying Shields looks like Caitlyn Jenner. If you walked by the two of them sitting at a table in a restaurant, would you be able to tell the two of them apart ?
