There should be dog-free flights. It's hard enough flying with filthy passengers, but throwing dogs in the mix makes it even worse. I hope passengers get comped because this is incredibly stupid. A new low for air travel. Dog nutters are the worst.
Sick Dog Forces Delta Flight to Make an Emergency Landing

[quote] Have you seen the fatal plane crash in Alaska because the pilot didn’t want to hit a stupid mutt that was on the runway?
[quote] Yes I did. When will people realize that these parasite-filled bags of garbage & feces are nothing but a hindrance to society? And the idiots who love them are even worse.
is that sub reddit made up entirely of mailmen?

There was a vet on the plane (!). Must have been serious?
The owner had to have known the dog was sick or had health problems. There's no legal way to fine the owner, but damn that would piss me off.

I love most dogs but this would piss me off. Yes, the owner probably knew the dog wasn’t feeling well and brought him anyway.

I presume the vet said it was an emergency and that the dog may not live through the flight?
I'm just trying to think what could have happened to the dog to cause this if it wasn't already deathly ill?

I would venture to say that many would rather divert a flight for a sick dog than for a sick person.

R1, the subreddit is named "Dogfree: We don't like dogs."

The dog vomited and they complained about the smell. Plane turned back and they complained about that too.

Poor pup. At the mercy of its owner.

Would the Dogfree Reddit people be ok with a sick cat causing the plane to be rerouted? That is the question.

It's certainly filled with a lot of dog hating cunts.

I don't mind dogs on planes but I'm shocked there's not more consistent rules about it. I was playing Delta to New York and our flight had a woman get on with a giant husky. She was only required to buy her own c and then the husky just had to lie in the floor of the row she was in. It seems kind of messed up to me that the other two passengers in that road just had to deal with that dog being in their leg space. They actually had to switch the aisle passenger because his legs were just simply too long and they found them small Asian man to take his place.
It was also annoying for the flight attendance because when the dog would like down he still was partly in the aisle. But you certainly don't think they should have to travel as cargo but it does seem like just like a child you should have to pay for its own seat. Weirdly though a lot of these psychos act as it the dogs are their children would object to that.
